Waking up to a missing Donghyuck was a bit of surprise in all honesty. When he had first got there, Jaemin was always expecting him to not be there. But as he got closer to everyone that thought quickly drifted away. Jane was alone on her mattress, but she didn't fall asleep alone. The washroom was empty, the kitchen was empty, and he wasn't outside the apartment. He wasn't even in his old shared mattress with Mark.Mark had ran around frantically looking for the boy, even picked up the mattress like an idiot to look underneath as if a full grown boy would be underneath it. Jaemin sighed as he watched a couple of them look around for the boy. The rest of them were still sleeping, so they tried their best to stay quiet.
Renjun, Jeno, Mark, and obviously Jaemin had been awake. Renjun wasn't really looking, just sitting at the table as he stared at Mark running around. He wasn't really one to care about much though.
Jaemin sat back in his chair, racking through his brain to try and figure out where the boy would be. He had high thoughts that the boy was ready to look for Chenle on his own, but it was a bit confusing, as all they had were the addresses, but Jaemin was sure of it Donghyuck didn't have a map.
None of them really had phones either obviously, Donghyuck's not working anymore because he couldn't pay the bill.
Glancing up at the other boys, he fiddled with his fingers a bit. Watching as they all spoke to each other, mainly about where they thought the brown haired boy could really be.
"I think I know where he is." Jaemin spoke up.Jeno looked at him first, before the other boys followed. He didn't know why but he felt kind of shy under the gazes of the other boys.
"I don't think it'll be safe though, maybe we should wai-" Jaemin started.
Jeno interrupted him.
"No, we have to go find him. It'll be okay, we have four of us."Jaemin bit his lip as the other boys agreed.
Leaving the apartment in silence was kind of difficult with the group of boys. It was kind of obvious why; Renjun was always angry, Jeno never shut up, Mark was stupid, and Jaemin was a little out of his mind. But they managed to get out the door without waking anyone up, and they all followed Jaemin to where he assume Donghyuck would be.
The brown haired boy had the address of where they expected Chenle to be, he had the information but he didn't have a map or gps, so the thing was it was going to be kind of difficult to find it still. There was a map towards the center of town, showing the buildings and more. It was too late, or early to go to a library or anywhere with a computer, so he just hoped Donghyuck would be where he was expecting him to be.
He felt a hand slip onto the small of his back, turning his head to face Jeno. The boy smiled a bit, seemingly checking to see if Jaemin was okay.
"What are you thinking about, Bun?" Jeno said softly.
Jaemin's lips tightened, turning his head back forward.
"I'm just worried."Jeno hummed, not removing his hand from Jaemin's back.
"I'm worried we won't find Chenle. I'm worried Donghyuck will get hurt trying to find him." Jaemin continued.
He felt Jeno rub his back a bit, the feeling comforting. Just Jeno's presence was enough to make him feel safer.
"We'll find them both, don't think too much."Upon his words, Renjun turned to harshly whisper at them.
"Over there!"He pointed towards the large map against a couple posts, a boy in a hood perched next to it as he squinted at the board. Jaemin smiled a bit, turning to grab Jeno's hand, ignoring the way Jeno blushed a bit.
