At the age of 18 he decided to study administration at the Technical University of Munich, a few years later he was already working in his first job after graduating, he ended up being fired due to some spending cuts at the company and was sent away
With the money he had left, he ended up buying a ticket to Los Santos because there he saw an opportunity to get back on his feet and make a great fortune.
A few hours later, Hans arrives in Los Santos where a business contact and friend named Lamar Davies picks him up at the airport.

After driving around the city, Lamar arrived at the place where he wanted to take Hans so he could choose his first car, which in the end he ended up choosing a classic Bravado Gauntlet and after that he continued his life in Los Santos.

A few days passed and after running around he ended up buying a luxury apartment for 200 thousand dollars, now Hans had a place to stay. While he was playing on his cell phone, he received a message from a certain Lester who said to meet him at a cloathing factory
When he got to where Lester was, Hans chatted with him about the possibility of doing some heist, one of which was stealing a box number 167 located at the Fleeca bank, which is located on a highway that connects Los Santos with Blaine County.
The planning location for this scam was Hans' apartment where more details were discussed and in the middle of the process he ended up meeting Paige Harris, a hacker who works with Lester who, over time, will be present in these schemes.
The first step of the scam was to reconnoitre the area at the bank where Hans took Lester with him in a car...already at the scene he receives a message from Paige saying that she hacked the security camera system and Hans accessed the images
Seeing it straight away, he noticed that there wasn't much security at the bank and from camera to camera he accessed the one inside the safe where he located the box.

After analyzing the place, he drove back to the factory, picked up another vehicle that contained some more that would be needed for the robbery and left the equipment in the apartment.
The second step was to steal an armored Karim Kuruma that was in the possession of an Asian gang located in a multi-level parking lot, without much difficulty, he invaded the place and exchanged fire with the owners, then killing them.
Soon after that, Hans gets in the car and drives it to the factory, now the preparations for the coup were made and all that was left to do was rob the bank.
The next day he ended up inviting a friend called Johnny Pinkman to help him and sharing the profits with him in advance, the two went to the factory to pick up the armored Kuruma and drove to the bank
After Johnny deactivates the cameras, the two enter the bank and begin the robbery, with him being responsible for intimidating the customers and the attendant while Hans was in the safe room drilling the box's lock with a huge drill.
With the lock pierced, Hans opens the box taking out the contents and after that he says to Johnny: "Come on, it's time for us to get out of here, the police are going to arrest us here"
The two get into the kuruma and step on the accelerator, heading north on the highway as a cargo helicopter with a magnet would be waiting for them at a collection point on the runway.
After passing through police roadblocks, they reach the helicopter that sticks them inside the car with a magnet and takes them away from the police, and thus the Fleeca heist ends . . . (to be continued)
