After having won a considerable amount of money in the Fleeca bank robbery, Hans heard about a website called "Maze Bank Foreclosure" where he could buy some properties and make some money with it and decided to access it.
Looking at the map, he saw a motorcycle club headquarters in a desert area outside the city, which he found interesting due to the images shown, deciding to buy the place because it was also what fit his budget.
He takes his car and drives there... arriving at the place Hans meets a guy called Malc, a biker from Liberty City who explained how things work in a motorcycle club like that and that he could buy illicit schemes on a computer that has a website not traceable by authorities
Shortly after that, Hans goes to the computer to access it and after taking a look, he ended up buying a fake money manufacture to get the tricks of smuggling. From then on, he started working on the scheme, using all his knowledge he had from business school to manage the scheme.
