On a day like any other, Ron Jakowski, a business contact of Hans who met him at the Hangar purchase, informs him that an unknown group has taken over his friend Trevor Philips' former property at Liquor Ace in Sandy Shores and asks him to meet him there.

Upon arrival, Hans enters the store and hears music playing, then pulls out a pistol and cautiously heads through the back and up the stairs to discover that a large group known as the Fooliganz have taken over.

Seeing the festive and relaxed atmosphere, he ends up putting the gun away, the situation is clearly not as serious as Ron made it seem.

Following the cheers of a gathered crowd, they find Ron struggling to wrestle a large woman, later revealed to be Luchadora, on a makeshift wrestling mat with two large mattresses pushed together.

Hans winces as Ron is easily knocked over and easily pinned to the carpet

Seeing him standing there, Ron begs for help and a man carrying a baseball bat who was watching the match, the group's leader Dax, asks for silence and begins to question Hans after Ron introduces him as his 'extremely dangerous friend'.

Looking at him, Dax realizes that Hans has "seen some shit", and after finding him cool, he describes the group and their intentions, introducing him to his "personal doctor" Labrat and Luchadora, who runs the group's wrestling.

Wade Hebert is also a member of the troupe and contacted Dax a few weeks earlier to let him know that the area was perfect for them, with everything they needed and no unnecessary extras.

Ron draws their attention to Chef, slumped in an armchair.

Ron is worried because Chef "is fucked", but Dax points out that he ate Labrat's 'secret sauce' before anyone could say the B-word ("Budonkadonk")

Ron encourages Hans to leave with him, as the Fooliganz have apparently picked a fight with The Lost MC, having stolen some of their motorcycles and meth, so the place is no longer safe to be around weird people.

Luchadora objects, stating that anyone is free to join the Fooliganz and not just the extremes as Ron suggests.

While Ron manages to revive Chef and surprisingly manages to get him to his feet and guide him out of the room, Dax exuberantly explains the Fooliganz's endgame as being able to distribute their product to everyone in Los Santos, in which Luchadora leads the Fooliganz to enthusiastic applause of "Budonkadonk!"

Suddenly bullets fly through a nearby window as The Lost drive by while others steal the Journey II van.

Handing Luchadora a gun, Dax orders her to get the troupe out of the building

Several women from The Fooliganz spring into action, taking up defensive positions on windows and balconies

Hans helps them hold off waves of Lost MC bikers attacking the store, first from the east, then the north, then from the west-southwest, and finally through the store's door

Once enough are dead and the others retreat, Dax asks Hans, who he has now nicknamed 'Fresh Meat', to retrieve his stolen Journey II van, using a GPS he had hidden inside.

Upon leaving the store, the is informed that he can borrow the boat Fooliganz, which is parked in front of the boathouse on the south shore of the Alamo Sea in an abandoned marina.

If he manages to recover the trailer, Hans will be more than welcome to the troupe and he guarantees that he will be paid for his work.

Crossing the Alamo Sea and arriving at Millar's Fishery using the provided Suntrap boat, he ends up fighting his way through more Lost MC bikers, before reaching and retaking the Journey II van.
