" I'm sorry hyung, you were probably already cooking for me that night. I just didn't want to miss out the once in a lifetime sleepover. " Taehyung tried to add some sarcasm to lighten up the older's mood. " I understand. Don't worry. " the vampire said as he checked the sheets from today's class. " Did you talk to Jimin hyung? " He watched the older shake his head as 'no'. Yeah he was definitely mad.

" I didn't think it was much of a big deal- " " Do you understand why I told you to never a night there Tae? " The vampire finally asked out, glaring at the omega. " What do you want me to do now hyung? We, as a pack have gotten a bit more comfortable and closer. I didn't want to be with them at first... You are the one who pushed me to get closer to them... Now why are you acting like this? " Taehyung mumbled out in an half- annoyed tone. 

He just saw the older glaring at him before gluing his eyes back at the papers was marking. The younger stared at him with confusion, waiting for him to at least yell at him so he got to know if the older was angry. " Hyung... I'm just confused by your reactions sometimes... " He said after the room fell into never ending silence. " You are right. I kind of overreacted. " The vampire said while flashing a smile. Taehyung just nodded, letting the silence take over the place once again.  " Did he just say that to get me to shut up? " Taehyung thought to himself while he sat in the silence.

Little did he know deep down Jungkook was thinking about all the other things that could have happened. Maybe Jimin was right when he said this wasn't a good idea but he swore to himself back then that this current situation wouldn't happen. Why was he feeling like this? He should be happy that the younger was accepting his other side too... Maybe him feeling this way was worth it for Tae's peace. , Jungkook thought to himself as well. Maybe it was good that Taehyung was getting closer to his pack. Soon the omega won't be needing his help at all. Which was a good thing....... was it though?

The next day...

Taehyung tried to not give two of the figures that was sitting at the living room couch any attention, which he was pretty much used to at this point. He walked himself to the kitchen to get himself something to snack on. " Eunjin is literally studying music in University, what the hell does she need private tutoring for? " he rambled to himself while digging through the fridge to get to his beloved chocolate covered strawberries. " What do I know, I don't even want to learn this music shit but still I am pushed to do it because I'll get 'friends' the only thing I'm getting is stress. " He continued while he almost ripped open the entirety of the packaging.

He froze when he heard Jungkook calling out his name from the living room. His face dropped immediately, was he too loud? He shook his thoughts and managed to drag himself to the vampire. " Yeah...? " " Go get your copy, I'm showing her the same chapter you were stuck on. " Taehyung could only glare at the older while his insides were screaming in disbelief and frustration. Why him? Maybe he should have continued rotting in his room instead. " I was eating. " He answered without sparing Eunjin a glance before he walked away.

" Okay, come here when you are done. " " Tae please make it quick... I will be waiting for you too, let's study together. " He heard her say. His worst nightmares were coming true at this point in his life, he had to get out of this anyhow. " It's fine, I like to study alone. " The omega let out while trying to have a nice tone, which was useless. He still sounded cold for some reason. Without giving Jungkook and Eunjin any time to insist he walked away with a straight face.

It was night time, outside was darker than over contrasting to the TV they were watching Netflix on. That couldn't be said again when Jungkook looked down to see Taehyung already sleeping on his lap. The omega swore he wasn't going to fall asleep and he just wanted to rest on his lap, but the scene in front of Jungkook told a very different story. He looked back at the screen while letting out a satisfied sigh, Taehyung looked so much at peace in sleep, unlike his awaken state.
