▪︎ Parthvi's POV ▪︎

Breath stuck in my lungs, I remained frozen, his ominous whispers brushed over my lips,

"तो बतायें, राजकुमारी पार्थवी क्या हम, हमारे तरीकेसे, आपको चुप करायें?"

" To batayein, Rajkumari Parthvi kya hum, humare tarikese, aapko chup Karayein? " Sangram's question hung in the air, the chilling implication settling over me.

"So tell me, Princess Parthvi, should I, in my style, shut you?"

At the bone-chilling statement, my tightly closed eyes jerked open. Shock and fear gripped me as I realized his intense gaze was fixed on my lips.

His sharp nose nearly touched mine, and his hoarse, hot breath fanned across my cheeks.

Shivers ran through me as his proximity became palpable. A tight knot formed in my stomach, and my feet felt glued to the cold floor.

Numbness overtook me, an unfamiliar sensation from this unnerving closeness.

Despite having many male friends, none had shared such proximity with me before, except for the infamous "Angry Bird."

He represented the darkest chapter of my life, a regrettable mistake etched in my memory-the day we kissed - Rana Virendra Lakshyaraj Singh Suryavanshi.

No, No, No..., correction - First, I kissed him, and then He kissed me.

" Urghhhh... Parthvi, what is wrong with you? In such a intense situation, how can you even remember that, Eiffel Tower? " I scolded myself for my foolish thoughts.

My heart raced wildly, lips quivering as fear enveloped me from all directions.

"Please, God, not again. I can't bear another ruined kiss by a stranger. Please, please, spare me this agony. I promise to be the most obedient child when I return to my century." I pleaded desperately, praying for deliverance from this vulnerable situation.

Despite my fervent pleas, his breath felt dangerously close to my lips. A mere inch away, and my dream of a "Magical First Kiss" would be shattered once more.

Entering the Ninth century had changed many things around me, but one constant remained - my series of ruined kisses. Regardless of the century, this cruel cycle persisted without end.

With a sharp pang in my heart and tears welling up in my eyes, I shivered at the thought of Sangram's closed eyes and trembling lips, poised to crush mine.

In the midst of this tense moment, I mustered the strength to forcefully push him away, screaming from the depths of my being, "NO!"

Sangram stumbled back, surprised by the sudden force. He opened his eyes, scanning the surroundings, seemingly embarrassed by his actions.
