"Ap khole Mir-sahab."

Shehnaaz nervously looked at Mir-sahab and passed him envelope with Agha khan hospital logo and her name written over it. He shook his head and slid envelope back to her over bed. He can lie all he want but he's also same nervous as her even more. He has mixed feelings about this. This one small envelope will either change their lives or will do nothing at all

"You do it."

They both have been doing this for past 15 mins. Both were seated inside bed, she went yesterday for tests with him because she has missed her periods and doubt it might mean pregnancy. He didn't let her take test at home because they aren't hundred percent right. Since yesterday they have been anxious about results and now that they were here in front of them. They find it hard to open. Sometimes suspense or process of waiting for it is better than actual result

"Mir-sahab stress na den jaldi khole." She says pouting at him. Now this is like putting pressure on someone

"Achaa I'll open and you are going to read it." He demanded griping envelope. Faida? And before she could complain he opened envelope and give test paper into her hand. She looks at him with her heart beating faster than before and hands getting sweaty because of nervousness. She really wants to have baby and negative result might upset her

"Whatever it is we will accept it and try again In sha Allah don't think too much jaan." He cupped her face in his hands and place kiss on her head

She nodded softly and glance down at white reports paper to read. He watches her carefully and wait for her to react or give away any expressions and guess by her reaction over results. Her doe eyes widen with happiness and excitement as she turn paper towards him positive and before he could even react she throws herself on him, making him fall back in bed with her on top they are having baby. He smiled hugging her back tightly with his face buried in her neck

Even words can't describe their happiness. Their dream would be coming true. Dream of having their own family

"You want this haina?" She lifts her face from his shoulder and asked. He gently tuck hair behind her ears those were falling over his face. She doesn't know because he was one who kept saying no for them having any child yet

"More than anything." He smiles

"More than me?"

"Never more than you." This was husband speaking who hasn't been father yet and whole universe knows how this very thing and priorities changes as soon as father's see their baby for first time and same goes for mothers

"Allah kare beti ho." This man doesn't he knows he can be cancelled for saying this

"Allah kare beta ho huh." She feels bad for her future son and protective mother inside her came out

He chuckled at her tone and kissed on her lips. Honestly, he doesn't care about gender of baby because upbringing plays major role on which he thinks he might be fail because he would just give into his kids demands and that will be result into them being spoiled but he's gonna make sure they don't get spoiled. At least not as bad as that gabool kid. Nobody is as worst as him
