Cole woke up and saw Grayson sitting in front of him. He looked at where they were and he realized that he was in a plain looking room. There was a window on one of the walls, but some curtains blocked most of the light from coming in. He glanced down to his hands and saw that they were handcuffed. As the memories rushed back into his mind, he remembered what was happening. Yami was with Sorce and the others and they were probably fighting for their lives if they were fighting the school counselor. Though, before he could say anything, he was cut off by Grayson.

He gave Cole a blank stare and said, "I still don't like you, y'know. I don't want to help you, but it's just how fate will play out."
"What do you mean you'll help me?? I'm handcuffed and I don't even know where I am? And why would I even want help from you?"

"Because your idol depends on it."

"Sorce? How would he need my help? He's Iris's mentor, so why can't she help him?" Cole argued.

Grayson sighs, "Cole, shut up. Sorce is dead- I saw it happen when I was seeing Klaus's future a while ago. You weren't there when it happened, but it's true. And I need your help to bring him back"

"Sorce is dead? Did Yami kill him?"

"Yes, Yami killed Sorce. He's currently in the infirmary, though. The doctors are trying to find out his exact cause of death, but I already know what it is."

"How exactly did he die?"

"His soul was sucked out of his body."

"Is that Yami's Talent or something? Because I thought that he was only a Necromancy sorcerer."

"I thought so too, but anything's possible. I wasn't at the scene, so I only know what happened based on what Klaus and you experienced. Wait, we're getting off topic, COle. I still need you to help out Sorce. I need you to use your necromancy on him."

"If I use necromancy to bring his soul back, it'll only be for a maximum of a day. I don't want to just revive him and have to say goodbye to him after that short time."

"Yeah, but it's better to have closure than nothing. At least people could say their goodbyes before he leaves for good."

"I might, but what about Yami? Is he still out there?"

"If Sorce couldn't defeat him, then Yami probably escaped."

Cole sighs, "Alright, I guess that makes sense, but how would I even get to Sorce? I'm supposed to be in jail for my crimes."

"Prison, actually. Leading a group of Warlocks is a pretty terrible crime, Cole."

"Yeah, I get it, but you still didn't answer my question."
"Right. You'll just use a teleportation potion. Or rather, we will. Here," Grayson reached behind him and tossed a potion over to Cole.

"How did you-"
"Your belt. Anyways, we should get going. The police are gonna suspect something if we take too long. We have an hour before they come into this room to send you back into your cell. Let's get going."

"Uh, okay, but you're really going to trust me after I bullied you for most of the school year?"
"For now, yeah, but I still hate you," Grayson pulled out a potion of teleportation for himself, "I'm headed to the infirmary. See you there."

Fannar stood by Klaus's side as the two of them walked to the infirmary. Hale had already brought Sorce's body to the Infirmary and Iris had gone with her.

The snow had started falling lighter by now as they walked through the soft snow. Fannar looked over at Klaus with his one good eye and could see that he was still smiling. It was small, but it looked like he didn't want to be sad at that moment. It was like he was still hoping that Sorce wasn't dead. Fannar put an arm around his shoulder and saw his faint smile falter. He couldn't tell if Klaus was shaking from the cold or because he was starting to cry, but Fannar stopped walking and full-on hugged him. As Klaus was pulled into the hug, he began to talk.
