The sound of the rain hitting on the roof of her room was loud yet comforting, the cold and comfy atmosphere was keeping her from waking up. With her eyes closed and curled up in to a ball, Jennie was sleeping soundly.

Her alarm started to ring, the loud annoying sound filling up the whole room and ruining the calm vibe, Jennie groaned as she lifted her head from her pillow and smashed the stop button on her alarm.

She closed her eyes once again and turned around to the other side of her bed, facing the huge window that gave a ethereal view of the city below her.

She stayed there for a few minutes and then opened her eyes, the raindrops hitting the window and gliding it's way down, the sky was dark grey, the city was still lit. The contrast of all the colours painting a beautiful image. She didn't want to take her eyes off the view, not even for a second.

She stood up from her bed, slipping her feet inside her bunny slippers as she strutted near the window. The dimly lit blue light inside her room hitting the side of her face, making her shine even more. If anyone was to watch her right now, they would be in awe of how beautiful the view was.

A girl in her silky cream coloured pyjamas, looking outside the window, the city below her reflecting from her eyes. She looked beautiful. And that was Jennie kim, she was the epitome of beautiful.

Her alarm started to ring again, pulling her out from her daydreaming. She groaned "why did I ever want to pursue my studies further, it's such a nuisance" she muttered to herself as she stopped her alarm and went inside her bathroom to get ready for the day.

Dressed in only a bathrobe, she came out the shower feeling refreshed and somewhat better, she sat near her vanity doing her skin care routine when she got a phone call from her friend. She picked the video call up, leaning her phone against the mirror so it won't fall.

"Hey unnie" the girl on the other side of the phone called out.

"What's up lisayah, why are you video calling me this early?" She chuckled as she took in the view of her friend, still in pyjamas and bed hair pouting.

"I'm so lazy today, will you pick me up. I really don't wanna attend uni today" Lisa groaned as she plopped back on to her bed, still pouting.

"Okay yes I will lisaya, you might want to start getting ready now or else you're going to make us both late you know" Jennie said as she was done with her skin care routine.

"Arraso, I got it I'll take a quick shower don't hang up" Lisa said as she stood up from her bed and placed her phone on her nightstand, giving Jennie the view of half of her bedroom.

"Okay okay I won't, now hurry" Jennie smiled as she stood up from her vanity to pick a outfit for the day, since it was cold she settled for some comfy clothes, black sweatpants with a grey sweater and her favourite black coat.

She put her hair in a simple bun as she put on her glasses, spraying some perfume on her clothes. She was all ready to go.

She glanced at her phone just in time to see Lisa getting out of the bathroom, only wrapped in a towel. She stared at her phone screen as Lisa walked across the room and out of her view.

She acted like it didn't affect her knowing damn well her heart was about to jump off her chest.

She started packing her bag to distract herself, when she heard her door bell ring. "Who might that be" she wondered to herself as she went out her bedroom, descending the staircase that leads to her living room.
