Shield Of ITZY:Storm Arc

Urgency in Information

Specter has worked tirelessly with Revenant and Reader to get information on Rain. The question they are trying to solve now is, "How did Rain get here?" Specter and Reader went to the MV HQ to see if they caught any suspicious activities. There was unfortunately no news. Specter and Reader did their digging but found no compromise in the barrier that protected their Earth from others. Where did Rain come from, and what entry did he use? Reader decided to set his search in the NEXUS while Revenant returned to his post as ZERO. Specter couldn't afford to waste Revenant's time helping him search while he had TWICE to protect. Besides, Rain might show up to pick on TWICE as well. This was evident when he tried to attack TWICE when they were practicing. Specter decided to set his sights on the Aura that he still had. If he could somehow break it, he could probably learn something more.

The members of ITZY were informed yesterday that Ryujin was kidnapped. They were to keep quiet and put on a show until Ryujin returned. Upon the news, the members did nothing but cry and keep each other company. The staff too were informed not to say anything and if anything were to slip, they were fired on the spot. The situation at hand was chaotic but somewhat controlled for now. 

Yeji was lying in her room with the lights off. Her eyes puffy and his nose runny. She grabbed a tissue and blew her nose before returning to the fetal position. They had cried all night and just hugged each other till they fell asleep. Yeji was the first to wake up from the ground and return to her bed. Right now, she needed some alone time to adjust herself. "Where was Ryujin, her Ryuddaeng? Who took her and why? Why did she not go wait for the Uber Eats instead of Ryujin?" As these thoughts ran her mind, fresh tears began again. As she was crying she would eventually fall asleep.

Yeji woke up to her phone vibrating. Her eyes blurry and half mad that she was woken up. She grabbed her phone. The time was 3:33 in the early afternoon. She saw that she had on new message and it was from Ryujin. She sprung up from her lying position to a sitting one. It was one long message that was written from Ryujin.

"Yeji, do not believe anything that you may have heard. I was not kidnapped or anything of the sort. I willingly went with the man because he is the love of my life. So tell the others to not worry and that I am fine. I am well and I hope that you are well. I will return when I am ready. Until then, I love you Yeddeong and will see you when I get back!" The message ended there. 

Yeji couldn't believe it! Was Ryujin actually alive!? Her mind ran so fast with questions that she gave herself a headache. Yeji came to a realization that maybe it wasn't Ryujin. That it could be the kidnapper themselves. Yeji didn't know what to do, so she left her room. As soon as she made it to the living room, she could see that everybody was up. Yeji glanced at them as they glanced back.

"There is no way that, that is Ryujin." Chaeryeong says with a hint of anger. "You do not know that!" Yuna shouted back at her older sister. The two bickered while Yeji and Lia separated themselves. They seated themselves in the dining room before talking. "I do not think this is Ryujin." Lia says honestly to Yeji. "It might not be but it could be a lead." Yeji says with confidence. "We cannot give it to the police. It is supposed to be an internal investigation. We would get in trouble." Lia replies in annoyance. "I do not care, as long as we get Ryujin back, it does not matter." Yeji's tears begin to run again as she stands her ground. Lia sighs before speaking, "I know somebody who can help us that is not police and part of the internal investigation." Lia says. "Who?" Yeji questions.

Specter was working on decoding the Aura. He's broken it down multiple times and rearranged the order. Nothing new came up as he did. He was getting more frustrated by the second. The fact that he couldn't sense Ryujin's soul tether bothered him too. It was as if she was too far away from him, in another Multiverse. Though that was what he had originally thought, he knew that was not the case. If she was, her tether would have broken completely. Indicating that she was in another Multiverse. Another thing that factored Ryujin still being on their Earth, is that Rain loves to toy with people in their own universe. So he wasn't likely to take Ryujin away to another Multiverse just to come back and wreak havoc. Three women wearing a White, Black, and Gold suit respectively walked up behind Specter.

"What is it?" Specter questions the girls as he was still working on the Aura. "We may have a lead on where Ryujin is?" The one wearing the White suite says. Specter turns his head at the three girls. "Where?" He question them. "In a moment, you will have your answer." The one in the Black suit said. "How soon?" Specter asks. "Now." The one in the Gold suit answers. Confusion takes over Specter when he suddenly on his back, with the remaining members of ITZY are looking down at him.

Specter was looking at the text message on Yeji's phone. "This is definitely not Ms. Shin." Specter said. "See, I told you." Chaeryeong mocked Yuna, who stuck out her tongue in retaliation. "Can you track the location?" Yeji asked. "No, but this is a start." Specter replies. As they are talking, all their phones vibrate. Yeji takes her phone back to see what it was. A new message on their Bubble app. It was from Ryujin's account.

"MIDZY, I am currently in a relationship. I am sorry if this comes as a shock but I had to let MIDZY know. Here is a picture of him!" 

Yeji put her hand to cover her mouth with a gasp. "What?" Specter questions Yeji as he faces her. Yeji's hands shake and her eyes wide. Yeji was currently in shock at what she saw. Specter walks up to Yeji and taps her temple with his finger. Yeji suddenly feels normal and relaxed. "What is it?" Specter asks her again. Yeji looks up to Specter, "It's the staff member that I bumped into." Yeji says.
