Yuji & Maki started to fake date so Megumi & Nobara could stop hugging/coming closer to him every time which actually worked. Megumi & Nobara felt hurt when they thought Yuji & Maki started to date then got confused what were they feeling.
2 months later
Megumi & Nobara were spending time together a lot 2 months ago even if they were hurt. They were both happy to love each other not until one day.....
Nobara's POV
Nobara's mind: Did I fell out of love...? I don't feel something from him anymore... This is impossible... I love him, right...?
A few days later
Nobara's mind: Maybe I should break up with him... I don't feel it anymore...
Nobara: Hey Megumi, can we talk?
Megumi: Yeah sure. You need something, Nobara?
Nobara: I... I think we should break up...
Megumi tearing up: Wh- What...?! But why...!
Nobara: I just... Fell out of love... I'm sorry, Fushiguro...
Megumi: I- It's alright, Kugasaki... I understand, you know?...

Megumi's POV
Megumi's mind while sobbing: Why do I always have to be the one suffering the most...? First, I didn't know who my dad was... Second, mom died because... Probably because of me... Third, Yuji breaks our friendship without telling me the reason... Now Nobara breaks up with me... Does the world really hate me...?
My thoughts were cut off by Yuji knocking on my door.
Yuji in a soft tone: Fushiguro... Open up... You haven't ate breakfast & lunch... You can't skip dinner too...
Megumi sobbing: S- Shut up and l- leave me, Itadori...!
Yuji in a soft tone: I know you're upset but please listen to me and let me tell you why I had to break our friendship for a while.....
Megumi calming down: F- Fine...!
Once I opened the door, Yuji came in then closed it. I hugged him and let my feelings out.
Yuji in a soft tone: Calm down first before I explain it...
Megumi calming down: A- Alright...
