A New Day

It's been 6 long years since I've been in this country. I came from some unknown village in New York. My father was just an IT person, same as my mother. I got admission in Oxford University with my own efforts. I went there with full scholarship for my masters. I am now well settled in the UK. I run my own company tech-V. It's been a year since my company skyrocketed with success. I made a few personalized bots of my own design with quality in product and skill for the royal family of England which gave all the fame i needed for my company. 

Now I'm a busy person 24/7 holding meetings with different businessmen and women from various countries. Our efforts create our dreams right?. Today I was meeting up with Jane. We are planning to go shopping to the mall. She has been my bestie since high school and I must say, she is very supportive friend who is a little trust worthy of mine unlike others whom I've been back-stabbed with.

 I wore a nice T and black jean which matches it and had my hair a pony tail. Jane was waiting for me outside my mansion in her car. She is a scientist as well like me but in bio. "Hey sis, long time no see?", she said and waved at me." Yeah, i was busy with usual meetings you know...I'm creating a new branch in German and process is hectic man!" I said acting cool. "Relax, we'll having wonderful day today with no worries on meetings!"she exclaimed. "Yay!" We both screamed and started our day.

It's already afternoon. We were stopping by a big restaurant to eat our lunch. " Hey vi, are you still not finding love?", she asked me concerned. "No, I'm planning to be alone the rest of my life. I cannot let people cheat on me like once they did. I've already been used two times unknowingly and unwillingly. I can let myself fool again and again by repeating the same mistakes " I said shaking my head and devouring my food. I asked about her and she said the same too. We both were once used by our so called lovers and we are still unable to come out.

At night she stayed at my place. We watched a Disney movie and went to sleep.
