Chapter 2: Chicken-Revolution

Yeji and Nayeon each patted Saerom and Jisun on the shoulder, not wanting their guests to be hungry or get drunk too fast to enjoy the party. They went to the room next door to grab some food. They came back with some paper plates and a bucket of fried chicken. The girls cheered. "Don't worry, there is more than this," said Yeji.

Lily shook her finger at Minji. "Patience, gifts later! Okay, let's try a new game!"

Kazuha shook her head 'no' violently, spying the chicken. She pointed to her belly and whispered something to Chaewon. Chaewon and Zuha boldly got up from their seats and walked toward Lily. She looked at them suspiciously. Chaewon distracted her by saying loudly, "CHICKEN-REVOLUTION."

Lily looked shocked as Kazuha grabbed her from behind, forced her into her seat and sat on her so she couldn't move, holding them both down by wrapping her dancer legs around Lily's calves and the chair legs.

Haewon stood up to help Lily, but Wonyoung got in front of her, waving her long arms as though she was defending a shot on the basketball court to discourage her from helping.

Chaewon grabbed the bucket of chicken and the plates from Yeji, also shocked. She put three plates down in the middle of the table and dumped out the bucket of chicken onto them. The girls leapt to grab chicken, all fighting with each other to grab a drumstick, partners making sure each other got at least one.

Zuha got up from sitting on Lily and quietly went back to her seat where Chaewon had secured her some chicken for her to return to, as 'Chicken-revolution' hero.

Lily stood up and straightened her sweater. "Okay, now that you foxes all got your chickens, new game. FOR REAL!"

Danielle felt bad that Lily was having such a hard time getting everyone excited about her games. She gave Lily a strong thumbs up, "Ready and excited!" she said.

Lily smiled back at Dani, happy to get some support. Haewon poked Lily in the side, "I'm ready too!"

"Okayyyy, this game is called, 'Cards against Kpop!'"

Everyone sighed, even Dani was regretting her support at this likely poor clone of the popular game.

Nayeon went around and delivered a stack of photocards to each girl. "You have, in front of you, a stack of photocards, one of each girl here," Lily explained.

Chaewon sorted through hers looking for herself. She pulled it out and held it up to Lily, "This isn't even an official photocard..." Lily held up her arms exasperated wondering how she ended up in charge of herding cats. "You don't want to get chicken and soju on your official photocards... The couples' games later might get a bit... messy..." Chaewon looked horrified.

"I have an extra stack for Wonyoung, but no one has any Wonyoung cards..." said Nayeon disappointedly.

"Wonyoung can be MC, she is good at that," said Lily.

"But then she won't be drinking," added Danielle.

Wony got a huge smile on her face. "GUYS... do you really think I don't carry a stack of my own photocards with me everywhere?" She dug in her purse a bit and pulled them out. She separated out eleven, one for everyone's stack. "Oh, and these are, of course, official!" she exclaimed, looking at Chaewon.

Nayeon grabbed them and made sure everyone got one.

Lily showed everyone the game cards, "They each have a sentence with a blank. For instance, 'blank is the prettiest girl in the room'. When I say go, you each hold up the photocard that represents your answer. The 'winner' has to drink. The winner's partner also has to drink."
