EPISODE 12

Aurelia woke up in the afternoon, she looked at the man beside her, she couldn't accept the fact that she was married. Before she was happy that they were planning to get married but now, everything has changed, and Aurelia was scared to love him deeply again like before.

She got up carefully and didn't make any noise, so she wouldn't let Christile wake up. She put on her dress and got her bag, and she slowly opened the door and closed it. Aurelia left a heavy sigh, as she walked faster on the staircase.

"Where did you go, Ma'am?" Aurelia was startled when she heard the voice of Rosa.

"I have something important to do," Aurelia smiled and put on her stilettoes. Rosa didn't say anything and let Aurelia leave the mansion.

Aurelia was outside the mansion and waited for a cab. A minute passed and she waved at the taxicab, she immediately came inside the car.

"Sir, in Makati please," she said to the driver.

"Okay," The driver responded.

Christile woke up and looked at the woman beside him, he got his clothes and put them on. His forehead creased when he didn't see Aurelia's bad shoes in the room.

"Fucking shit!" Christile curses as he concludes that Aurelia left him.

He hurriedly walked down and looked for Rosa.

"Rosa!" He yelled; Rosa was hurriedly going to Christile.

"Yes Sir?" She asked and gulped as she looked at Christile whose eyebrow was creased and he looked like he was upset about something.

"Did you see my wife leave?" He calmly asked but the tone of his voice was deadly which made Rosa gulped in nervousness.

"Ahm, yes Sir, Ma'am Aurelia said she has something to do, and I thought you knew," Rosa explained to him.

Christile closed his eyes and tightened his grip on the chair in front of him.

"Goddamit!" He cursed out loud, which made Rosa startled.

This is the first time that Rosa sees this side of her boss, and she isn't used to him like this. Christile went back to his room and got his car key. He went into the parking lot of the mansion and got his car; he drove back to the city where he needed to court Aurelia again.

Aurelia went to her condominium looking tired and haggard. As soon as she went in, she saw her two friends enjoying their drinks.

"Hey!" Lucky greeted her, she was walking like a zombie and lay down on their couch.

"You look so tired," David stated and went to her, he put her leg on the couch and massaged it.

Aurelia felt heavy in her chest as soon as she lay down, she felt tired, stress and she felt confused about all she found out, she started to sob, which made her friends worried about her.

"What happened? Hmmm," Lucky asks in a sweet tone of voice.

Aurelia cried even more like a baby. Lucky hugged her.

"It's okay we're here," David said and rubbed Aurelia's back to comfort her.

An hour ago, when Aurelia stopped, Lucky and David were looking at her intently, they both let out a heavy sigh.

"So, what happened after you met her sibling?" David asked eating a chicken. In contrast, Lucky was drinking her beer and listening intently to her.
