Aurelia felt tired and lazy, but she had a lot of things to do right now, she waited for Christile in his car because she was too lazy to walk inside the restaurant.
Christile got back to his car carrying two coffees in his hand, he opened the driver seat and sat down.
"Here's your coffee," Christile gave Aurelia her coffee.
"Thanks," Aurelia sip in the coffee, and look at the outside of the street.
"Taste good," Aurelia commented and smiled at him.
"It's your favorite," Christile said and smirked at her.
"You still remember?" Aurelia asked in surprise hiding her nervousness as her heart was pounding so fast. Christile nodded and started the car.
"I'll never forget A," Aurelia gulped and started to feel uncomfortable, she just smiled a little and looked outside the window.
They are both silent as they arrive in the company, they walk in the elevator still quiet and Aurelia feels uneasy. As the elevator opened, they walked into her office, and there she saw Rochell.
"Good morning Ms. Aurelia." Rochell greeted her. Aurelia just nodded.
"Please accommodate Mr. De Sion in the conference room," Aurelia ordered.
"We can talk in your office," Christile said with a serious expression on his face. Aurelia smiled at him.
"No need, after our meeting I have several meetings there," Aurelia explained to him, Christile nodded in agreement.
Aurelia entered her office and placed her things on the table, she got her laptop and the documents that were needed in their renovation. She walked into the conference room and there she saw two glasses of hot coffee.
"Rochell!" Aurelia called her secretary, and Rochell walked towards her.
"Yes, Ms. Aurelia?" She asked.
"Change this to cold coffee please, I have a hangover," Aurelia said, Rochell seemed to understand and nodded.
Aurelia opened her laptop, while Christile just stared at her.
"Do you feel dizzy?" Christile asked worriedly.
"No, I'm okay," Aurelia said smiling at him. Christile stared at her intently with no emotion visible on his face.
"Let's start," Aurelia looks at the monitor, as well as Christile.
They discuss the renovation that Aurelia wants to do in the main branch of their hotels and restaurants, and they both listen to each opinion. Christile stared at Aurelia sometimes, because he felt proud of what Aurelia had right now.
"Are we done?" Aurelia asked with a smile on her face. Christile nodded and looked at his wristwatch.
"Lunch?" Christile offered.
"I can't, I will eat here," Aurelia said.
"Oh, Alright, I have to go." Christile bid him goodbye. And Aurelia nodded.
"If you have some concerns, call me," Aurelia reminded him.
"Sure, I will update you," Christile stood up and fixed his suit.
"By the way, you owe me a coffee," Christile said, which made Aurelia crease her eyebrow.
"You treat me a dinner tonight," Christile said with authority in his voice.
