At night, a black car arrived at the Play Place; when the doors opened, Ruby's parents got out of the vehicle, "Are you certain she's here, Guiseppe?" the mother asked.

Guiseppe looked at Ruby's mother, "We can only hope, Cici." he said before looking at the gate, "We have to find our little girl." Cici looked forward and nodded as they walked past the gate.

The couple entered the building and looked around, "This place... I don't like this in the slightest." Cici said. Guiseppe held Cici close to him, "Don't worry, mi amore... I'll protect you if something comes close to us." he said.

Unbeknownst to the couple, someone was staring at them; when they got close to the couple, they looked at the back with widened eyes.

At Odd World, Ruby lay gloomily on the plaza ground with a few Lookies beside her. Unbeknownst to Ruby, Green walked on the bridge by the icy mountain with his hands out.

When Green reached the plaza, his hand landed on Ruby's head, surprising him. Green turned his head in Ruby's direction, "Are you alright, Ruby?" he asked, "You're usually not by yourself."

Ruby glanced at Green before looking down, "Do you... ever miss your family?" she asked. Green was silent and looked down; he sat down soon after, "Very much so..." he said.

Ruby turned her head to Green, "Even though I can't see them ever again, I usually keep a mental note in my head and remember the good times I had with them." he continued.

Ruby was silent and looked down, "Is that what's gotten you so upset?" Green asked. Ruby slowly nodded, "Ever since Ben disappeared in my life, I became depressed and distanced myself from my family." she said, "Now... I have regrets about doing that..."

Tears pricked Ruby's eyes, "If I could see them again... I'd like to apologize to them at the very least..." she continued. Green slightly frowned and petted Ruby's head, "There, there... we all feel that same way too..." he said.

Ruby looked at Green, "I'm sure you'll see them again someday..." he continued. Ruby slightly smiled at Green, "Thank you, Green..." she said; he nodded, "Of course..." he said.

"Ah, there you are..." The duo turned their heads to the voice and saw Red. Ruby tilted her head, "Were you looking for us?" she asked. Red walked toward Ruby, "Specifically, I was looking for you." he said, surprising her, "I have something to show you."

Ruby stared at Red, "Alright..." she said before standing up. Green waved in Ruby's direction, "See you later." he said; she nodded before leaving with Red.

(Time Skip)

When they stood near a facility, Red looked at Ruby, "Before we enter, there's something I need you to wear." he said. Ruby was hesitant, "What exactly is it?" she asked. Red held out a high-tech collar, "Nothing too extravagant, just a collar." he said.

Ruby stared at the collar, It probably has something in there to protect him. she thought; she sighed, "Fine." she said before kneeling. Red put the collar around Ruby's neck. When the collar's light turned green, Red nodded, "Now it's time to enter." he said.

Ruby nodded as Red opened the door; when she entered, her eyes widened when she saw Guiseppe and Cici restrained on metal tables. Red entered the room, "I see you know them very well..." he said.
