DIVIT'S POV :-
Entering inside my mansion to only encounter my family sitting in a group and I knew I shouldn't have came back home. Only when I was about to go up the stairs towards my room I was stopped by my dadi who said " Divit beta idhar aao, beta zara humaare paas betho toh " ( DIVIT SON COME HERE, SIT NEAR US ), I went and sat beside her and asked " ji dadi ? " ( yes grandma ? ). She smiled and patted my back before saying " beta mana mat karna , tumhari Umar ho rhi hai ab shaadi ki aur Hume ek ladki kaafi bha gayi hai " ( son don't say no, you're at the perfect age to get married and I have seen a perfect girl for you ), I looked at them annoyed before saying " Hume Abhi shaadi waadi nahi karni hai dadi , humne aapko bataya toh tha " ( I don't want to get married right now , I've told you grandma ) Yuvraj interrupted by saying " are bhai ek bar tasweer toh dekhiye " ( bro atleast see the picture atleast ), my family members agreed with Yuvraj and my mom said " ha divit ek baar photo toh dekhlo , ab iske liye mana mat karna " ( yes Divit atleast see the picture once, now don't disagree on this too ), my dadi suddenly took my hand and kept the photo in my hand forcefully, I decided to take a look at the picture to make them happy but when I glanced at the photo, my heart raced as I laid eyes on her image. Time seemed to stand still, and a mix of emotions flooded my mind. Shock, curiosity, and perhaps a hint of excitement lingered in that moment. I couldn't help but feel a subtle shift in the air as the weight of potential changes settled in. I was brought back in the world by my brother saying " bhai kaha kho Gaye ? " ( bro where are you lost ?) But my mother ignored him and said " toh chale kal aditi ke ghar ? " ( so shall we go to ADITI'S house tomorrow ? ). I looked at everyone before replying " thik hai hum milenge aditi ji aur unke pariwaar se kal hi " ( okay let's go to meet Aditi and her family tomorrow only ) and to tell you I've never seen my family so happy and excited before. I stood up and before I could go up to my room Yuvraj came up to me and whispered in my ear " toh aapki taraf se toh hume pata hai ha hi hai pur kal apni khadoos side ghar par rakhdena please warna humari honi wali bhabhi pehle hi Nana kar dengi " ( I know it's a yes from your side but to ask you to just leave your irritating side at home only otherwise our future sister in law will say no to our proposal ) and before I could react he ran away.
