Hey guys. This is another Ruby Gillman story, and this one is being co-written by Damien338 and he requested it to be a mature story. So I figured why not?

Also, this story is in his writing style, so hopefully it's not a problem for anyone who's used to my style.

...

The scene opens in the ocean with large glowing jellyfish swimming, and we see a large sea creature that looks to be a humanoid cephalopod.

Old woman narrating: The Ocean is a mysterious world. One that land dwellers can only begin to imagine. Of course, you think you know what lies beneath the surface. Ah, but the sea creatures who live there, well, even the ones you have imagined, you've imagined them wrong. Take the mythical mighty giant kraken. Bloodthirsty monster, sinker of ships, drowner of sailors. That's what you people think. You see, in real life, krakens are noble protectors. The sea will always need a kraken, and a kraken will always answer the call.

The scene switches focus to the surface of the ocean, waves rolling, and crashing.

Old woman: However, the world once belonged to ancient forgotten super species known as...

The surface of the sea suddenly breaches with three rows of dorsal plates with an odd leaf-like shape, and they cut through the water with their owner cruising beneath the waves.

Old woman:... The titans. Titans are giant megafauna with power, influence over their surroundings, and other animals. There is one titan who rules them all. A force of nature, a keeper of the balance of nature, and king of all monsters... Godzilla.

We see the dorsal plates dive back below the ocean surface.

Old woman: However, despite being the last of his kind, the king had found another of his own, and adopted him as a son. The Prince of monsters, known as Gojira.

It then shows a mining site with giant hole im the middle.

A helicopter flies into view as the occupants inside observe the site below before it lands, then some passenger walks out.

This individual is none other than Doctor Ishirō Serizawa, and with him is his colleague, Doctor Vivienne Graham.

The duo are soon approached by the leading director of the dig site.

Director: You're not gonna believe what happened.

Serizawa: We'll take our chances. Now what happened?

Director: The minors were in the shaft when this Rick wall collapsed, and this cavern opened up. However, that wasn't the worst part.

He then takes them to a medical tent where the miners who survived the cave in are suffering like they've been poisoned.

Director: The cavern is filled with radiation, and those that weren't crushed by the rubble now have radiation poisoning.

vivienane: what did you find inside?

Director: The miners reported seeing... giant bones. Far larger than anything they've ever seen. It's best if you see for yourself. But you're gonna need hazmat suits.

We then see them inside the cave. The two scientists, along with other scientists in hazmat suits, ventured further into the cave. One of the scientists spots something that doesn't look like a rock, but something rather... large.

Worker: hey i found something

Serizawa, and Vivienne look over to see what the worker had found. It looks like a giant bone. Specifically, what looks to be a rib bone.
