His eyes gives me creeps

After learning what had happened with katakuri you were too damn confused.
You were happy that your boyfriend is not married but at the same time, Big mom thinking to take your island was kind of bothering you! Even though you had told your mom not so long ago that you wanted to be selfish and don't want to give a damn about the island and the people.

"Brûlée.....so are we in danger or?"
"No...I guess. Probably mamma will find some man/women to marry us off and make them look after the island."
"Then she will probably go after the island head"
"Yeah.....or the strongest/ most influential person here."
"You are right"

There was this awkward silence for few minutes.

"(y/n) come with me."
"Brûlée....i am sorry"
"I figured..."
"Does katakuri-sama knows you are here?"
"No....actually I was watching you through mirror and saw that guy so I came....to meet...you"
"I figured!" you said as you started to laugh.
Your friend had an expression of ease.
You figured she was worried about you.
"You better not let your guard around that guy! I am telling you!"
"There are so many pretty girls in the island! Why would he go behind me?!"
"Because other girls are in their home and not in some beach house alone!"
"I am strong! Don't worry!"
"Ah! I really have nothing to say! Idiot! Stay safe!"
"Got it!" You said as you pouted.
Your friend hugged you and went back.

Toru asked
"She is one of the big mom pirates right?"
"Yes"
"So your boyfriend is also big mom's son?"
"Hell yeah! He is third child and second son of the Charlotte Family.
One of the Three Sweet Commanders and Minister of Flour."
"What?!"
"Yes"
"Katakuri is your boyfriend?! The pirate with 1,057,000,000 beri bounty?"
"Yes"
"Wowww.....scary"
"Excuse me?....ah right! Your reaction is more normal I guess..."
"You know! You should date someone who is more normal and you know....someone like me? Just kidding"
"You "kid" a lot huh?" You said with a cold look.
He started laughing.
"You are more scary for me. Kinda charm that you won't see everywhere"
He had a smirk on his face as he looked at you with his piercing eyes.
You thought to yourself "He is a smooth lier. His eyes gives me creeps! He is totally checking me out."
You went inside the beach house and sat as if you had an exhausting day.
Surprisingly Toru went back.
"Maybe I am reading too much into his character just because brûlée said he is trying to fuck me! I should chill a bit. I am happy that katakuri-sama is safe! I want to see him as soon as possible!"

Katakuri's POV.

Where did this brûlée go? Did she go to meet (y/n)?
As she was coming out of the mirror I caught her.
"Where were you!? I wanted to talk to you!"
"I know what you will ask!"
"Yes! I want to see her badly! take me to the beach house?"
"You have to wait for a while.....some issue..."
Brûlée said as she checked if anyone was eavesdropping on us.
"Okay. But take me soon! And how is (y/n)?"
"How can you be so sure that I met her?"
"Hunch and you kind of smell like her so yeah!"
"Waaaooowww..."
"Please don't look at me with that disappointed face"
Brûlée laughed and told she will take me to meet (y/n) soon but she was worried that everyone's eyes were on me because they think I am acting weird after returning! I don't know what these people are talking about! I am normal and same!

Little did katakuri know that his restlessness is seen in his behaviour and face clearly.
More aggressive work wise and more distracted during meetings as if he was addicted to something!
He wanted to meet her very badly!
He was definitely addicted! Not for pills but to some girl from mythical island that people don't even know exists.

Katakuri's POV ends.

You woke up early in the morning and returned to your home and sneaked in through your sit out door and slept for few more hours again.
You woke up to some people's chatter.
It was coming from your living room.
You woke up pissed and stomped towards the noise.
"Mom! Mom! I am trying to rest-"
You were stunned. You froze there for a second! You got a cold sweat running.
"Yo"
"What are you doing here?!"
"(y/n) that's rude baby!" Your mom said.
You were too shocked and pissed!
"You have now crawled into my house too huh?"
"(y/n)-chan that's so mean! Your mom invited me in seeing me stand outside your house while I was waiting for you"
"Mom! We need to talk!"
You dragged your mom to the corner.
You both started whispering.
"Why did you call him in!"
"I felt sorry for him! He was waiting for hours!"
"Isn't it creepy that he is waiting for hours?! Are you kidding me?!"
"Why are you so weary towards that guy?!
When katakuri came you were normal! Even though he was pirate! Do you realise it's same kind of situation? But your attitude is totally different!
Look at him! He seems like a fine man! And he wants to be your friend itseems! Nothing more!"
"How do you know?! And katakuri-sama was injured and he didn't just pop up one day and started asking "do you stay here alone?" and shit?!"
"He told me! He wants to get close to you!"
"That's even more suspicious mom! God!"

You turned around to look at him staring just like yesterday, that's when you realised you are in your nighty and not something some random guy should see you in.
"Don't need to be so damn self conscious around me (y/n)-chan! We are friends right? And I know you have a boyfriend!"
You couldn't say much to his direct comment.

Toru was a young man probably younger than you by year or two. He was tall with slender built but had little muscle with fair complexion and dark hair with sharp brown eyes. He was pretty handsome.
You observed him closely as he had is breakfast with you and your mom.
His table manners were perfect! He knew how to talk to people. He said what they wanted to hear. He seemed smart.
To be honest too smart.
And he doesn't converse with anyone in the island even though girls die for him.
This is my observation from the past week.
I just want him to stay away from me and leave me alone. I feel restless around him.....in a bad way.
He looks right through my soul making me feel vulnerable! Which pisses me off!

You both finished your breakfast and started to walk towards beach house and Toru as usual started to talk about what he did and other stuff.
You started walking fast to see if he notices and keep up the pace!
He did! He was conscious about his surroundings.
While being immersed in his thoughts you tripped because of a root.
He quickly tried to grab you when you landed on your hand and pretty much summer saluted to avoid his touch.
"Wow! You really don't want me to touch you?" He smirked.
"Are you scared that you might cheat on your man because of me?" He asked.
"You got to be kidding me right? Don't measure my love in such cheap way" you said with anger tone.
"I am just kidding (y/n)-chan! Don't get mad! But you look interesting with that anger filled eyes! I like it!"
"Stop with this buttering words!"
"Yes! Yes! By the way what are we doing today?"
"Fishing"
"Sounds fun!" He said as he ran behind you.
