Getting dressed had been quite annoying for Violet,
her wet hair was soaking her blouse in the back as
they were paddling towards Ben's house. Violet and
Stanley hand in hand paddling behind Bill and in
front of Eddie and Richie.

When they arrived, herself and Stan put their bikes
on the stands while the others just let them fall to
the ground. Ben rushed into his house, most likely
wanting to clean his room up a little bit before the
losers walked into the room.

Stanley and Violet walked upstairs as they still held
their hands combined, following the other losers into
Ben's room. Violet's eyes widened as she walked into
the room. As all losers knew, Violet loved history and
seeing an entire room filled with the history of Derry
was like a goldmine to her.

"Woah, woah, woah, wow!"

"Cool, huh?"

"No, nothing cool. There's nothing cool." Richie
stopped to look at a poster for a second.
"Well this is cool, wait, no it's not."

"Yes it is, this is like a goldmine." Violet's eyes
scanned all of the different pages on Ben's wall, Bill
and Stanley chuckling at her behavior.

"What's that?" Stanley pointed at a paper that Violet
was looking at, he grabbed her hand and smiled at
her as she leaned her head onto his shoulder.

"That? That's the charter for Derry Township."

"Nerd alert."

"Actually, it's really interesting. Derry started as a
beaver trapping camp."

"For real?" Violet's head lifted off of Stanley's
shoulder, looking at Ben in surprise.

"Still is, am I right, boys?" Richie held his hand up
for a high five, but Stanley just shook his head and
Violet hit Richie on the back of his head

"Ninety-one people signed the charter that made
Derry. But later that winter, they all disappeared
without a trace."

"The entire camp?" Eddie asked in disbelief, Violet
noticed that Bill was tracing away from her, she
turned her head to see him standing at a poster of
the sewers, she let go of Stanley's hand and walked
to her brother. She gave him a sad smile as she
draped her arm over his shoulder, pulling him into a
side hug.

"There were rumors of Indians.. but no sign of an
attack. Everyone thought it was a plague or
something. But it's like.. one day everybody just
woke up and left. The only clue was a trail of clothes
leading to the well-house."

"Jesus, we can go on 'Unsolved Mysteries'." When
Violet heard a door crack open, she turned her head
seeing Beverly reveal a 'New kids on the block'
poster. Violet smirked at Beverly, now getting the
reference 'right stuff' from one of their songs.

"Where was the well house?" Violet questioned, both
interested and thinking of Geogie, judging by Bill's
reaction, he thought of the same thing.

"I don't know, somewhere in town, I guess. Why?"
Bill and Violet looked at each other, shaking their
heads as Bill replied.

"Nothing."

The losers parted ways again, Stanley and Violet
decided to go and play baseball. They loved to spent
time together and especially while playing baseball.
Because while Violet was amazing at hitting, Stanley
was amazing at pitching. His OCD always made sure
that he calculated how hard he needed to throw it
and in what direction so that Violet could hit it
perfectly. He counted to four before throwing the
ball to her.
