The Year is 20XX with Set who happens to live in a shared apartment with 4 other people
that he considers as roommates.

Set had woken up in a pitch black room, he blinked, for a split second and wondered what time it was to still be this dark.

He went to sleep some time around 4 am, so maybe it'd only been an hour or two since. Fumbling about in the darkness for his phone somewhere beside him on the bed, finding it and flipping it over, the light from the phone blinds him, reading 9:00 am.

9:00 in the morning... And it's pitch black...

'Youre fucking lying.' Set lunges over his bed to rip open his curtains, light immediately floods the room, the contrast forcing him to shut his eyes.

Blinking his vision back into place, his eyes drift back down, the words still visible on his phone now 9:01 am.

"Damn it." He grumbles as he untangles himself from his blankets to stretch and yawn, fixing and fluffing his curly hair from sleep.

This wasn't the first time having blackout curtains made him question all sense of time. But the sleep he did get was worth the occasional near panic attacks.

Grabbing his phone he stumbles out of his room with a quiet groan, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes as they take in the world around him.

Upon walking out of his room he was met with the Hanma who was at the end of the hallway, blocking the entrance to the kitchen as he stood with an amused smile. "Morning sleepyhead ♡"

Kisaki and Kazutora were also out of their rooms today. Kisaki was leaning against the front door on Set's right with his arms folded observing him with a cold expression on his face as he heard Hanma's greeting.
Kazutora seemed to be preoccupied with what seemed to be a magazine as he leaned back on the couch situated between him and Kisaki, occasionally glancing over at Set.

Baji just seemed to be busy cleaning the kitchen from the small glimpse of what Set had gotten from behind Hanma. When Baji turned he noticed him, giving a small greeting before returning his full attention back to what he was doing.

Set raised his hand in acknowledgment as he made his way towards one of the chairs in the living room behind the couch.
Rolling his eyes at Hanma's enthusiasm he leaned back in the chair, closing his eyes for a moment. "Morning."
'Morning indeed. I know a set up when I see one and so early too.'

"What's with that half-assed greeting?" Hanma's tone was nothing but playful as he circled around the living room to Set's chair wearing a small smirk, sitting next him to the table.

Kisaki watched the exchange from his spot with an amused smirk.

"Because it's morning" He sighed leaning forward onto the table with his arms crossed, he didn't really care about Hanma's games anymore. He had grown used to him at this point after the last couple months of living together, let alone being in the same gang.
'What do you want?'

Hanma only rolled his eyes at the response, finding it humorous.

Kisaki finally decided to step away from the doorframe as he made his way towards the chair on the other side of Set. The three of them sat there for a few seconds in near silence as the only sounds in the apartment were Baji in the kitchen. Kazutora sat with his back towards the three, quiet as he continued to feign reading the magazine.

Set swiped away notifications on his phone as he watched Hanma and Kisaki in his  peripheral vision, glad that his coily hair covered so much of his face.
'Hahaha, this is fun...'
