Chapter 21 Jackson/Ariena POVs

It's been a week since we rescued Ari. Marcel and I take turns sitting with her but we both sleep in her hospital room every night.

"I am done, I don't want to have my wild year anymore. I just want my mate." Marcel says to me. He looks like he hasn't slept in weeks. Hell I probably look the same it is so hard to sleep in these hospital rooms. The doctors say thry don't want her to leave the hospital right now they need to monitor her longer.

She has so many cuts, holes, and whips all over her body I don't know how she is not dead yet. I am just glad that she is not. The doctors had to stitch and bandage her up. They have to change the bandages 3 times a day. She is healing human slow. They say that Sky is so far back that they can't feel her that is why she is healing so slow.

"It is her choice and we need to respect that. But if I lose her I will only accept it if I lose her to you." I say.

"You are right it is her choice. And I feel like the worst mate in the world to make her feel like she wasn't good enough for me, or that I didn't want her at all that she had to go find someone else but I also agree if I lose her I would want it to be to you. I couldn't accept her being with anyone else." Marcel says looking depressed. I never seen him so hurt.

Ariena POV

" OK, Selene, it is so beautiful and peaceful here," I say with a smile on my face taking in all the beauty.

"It is beautiful and peaceful, but it is not your time to stay here with me. You still have your living to do. I have been watching you. Do you know who you are going to choose? Marcel or Jackson?" Selene asks me with a smile. I swear I think i see a glint in her eyes that tells me she is plotting something.

"No, it is so hard Selene. I know you created Marcel for me and I am absolutely grateful for him. What me and him have went through has taught me so much and made me stronger. Jackson now he has showed me things about myself I never knew. Like I learned that I am an alpha but I still have the soft feminine side as an example. He also showed me how a male should treat his female, They both showed that they will be there if I ever truly need them. They both have benefitted from this as well. I have seen that they are closer than before and when they came and saved me they showed they could work together, and be stronger allies for it. Marcel started practicing self discipline. Jackson has gained more patience." I say.

"Oh that does make it tough." Selene says "I may be able to help you."
