"One decaf with extra sugar for.. 'Leafy Dahon'? Did I get that right?" Coffee called out, heads turning.

"Ah, yes, thats me!" Leafy rushed to the counter, picking up her cup and rushing out of the cafe door. She had a meeting with Firey and Eggy, and it was too important to miss.

It was a normal day in Yoyle City. Leafy, being the optimistic young woman(?) she was, had everything planned out for the new year. Which would come in handy. Would, being.. well, it wouldn't. Because her fate was already sealed. In fact, it was decided the day she was born. And there was nothing. Nothing she could do to stop that.

This is a story about a little leaf, a flame, and her 'inescapable' demise that was set out for her, ever since she came into the world.
