A childs tale

There Once was a beautiful goddess who lived in the heavens, Goddess Amaria. It was said that she was close friends with another goddess… goddess Marion. They grew up together, loved together, and cried together… they were almost never apart. One day, Goddess Amaria falls for a mortal man, though he was human in every way, and she was a God. She felt they understood something in each other no one else could. Goddess Marion, jealous of their love, fought to break them apart. Goddess Amaria Pleaded with her friend to stop her from Her harsh antics. “you understand that if you truly love him and wish to spend the rest of your life with him, You'll have to become mortal, yes?!” Marion spat in her so-called friends face. “I understand… but my love for him is stronger than mortality… and I would do much more than become human for Him! If I had to die in order for him to live even a second longer, I would.” Amaria responded, tears streaming down her face. “Then so be it… if you wish to be mortal, ill make that impossible...” Marion whispers, a pained smile falling upon her face. She held her hands out, a black, thick, almost mud-like substance seeped out of her hands, the same pooled out of her eyes. “I curse you and I to permanently dance this dance until the end of time! If you wish to die for him, so be it! You will die as many times as you wish! And I will forever follow you and see fit it happens!” Marion cried out, the black substance leaking from her reached Amaria’s feet, she's was unable to move. Her friend had never been so powerful… Eventually, the black substance engulfed the two, and they fell from the heavens to earth, and they were no more. Not until a year later when a baby girl was born… and so, every one hundred years or so, the Goddess is reborn along with the demon who is cursed to follow her and Wreak havoc… at least, that is what legends say… Of course, it has been thousands of years since then, and it's been getting harder and harder to find the so-called Goddess reincarnate and the Demon who cursed hell upon earth.
