(Y/N) stares at the man in curiosity. He's taken back by the man's height. The man speaks to him in a low, deep, and ghostly voice.
AZ: You're (Y/N), right? I am AZ.
(Y/N): Nice to meet you? Is there anything you need?
AZ: I've been searching for an Eternal Flower for 3,000 years. My search has brought me to you, (Y/N). I sense the bond between you and your Pokemon...
(Y/N): Okay, what does that have to do with me?
AZ: Nothing. But, I have something for you. Here, that's this orb.
AZ gives (Y/N) an orb. The orb represents life, consuming energy in exchange for tangible power. When (Y/N) looks at it, he thinks it's just a regular Life Orb. But the sphere glows with a blue color that is quite similar to Arroyo's colors.
(Y/N): Is this for one of my Pokemon?
AZ: A Pokemon that has a strong bond with its trainer is to receive the orb, which could allow it to transform into a more powerful form. A battle bond, if you will.
(Y/N) nods. He thanks his for the gift. AZ wishes him well, before leaving. (Y/N) watches him leave. He has so much curiosity and wonder on AZ. He brushes it off, and continues to Lumiose City.
(Y/N): Hey, Arroyo. I want you to hold this.
(Y/N) gives the orb to Arroyo. Arroyo reaches for it, and the orb glows as his three-rayed hand makes contact with it. The orb absorbs into Arroyo and becomes one with him. Arroyo and (Y/N) are both drawn to this.
(Y/N): We'll have to test it later in battle!
Arroyo: Uh... Yeah.
Arroyo feels the orbs throughout his body. He has a huge feeling of power. However, his health is not as strong as it should be, which hurts. Arroyo bears the suffering because he doesn't want (Y/N) to be concerned for him. The two keep going and arrive in Lumiose City.
---------In Lumiose City------------
They step into the city. (Y/N) sighs, he's back to where he started.
(Y/N): Y'know, I would love to see the urban redevelopment plan for this city.
Arroyo: I wouldn't. I could care less.
As (Y/N) and Arroyo walk further, Shauna runs up to them.
Shauna: (Y/N)~! I ran after you like crazy when I spotted you! I've missed you so much!
She gives him a hug, snuggling against his chest.
Shauna: Y'know, I heard the power's back on here in Lumiose City!
(Y/N): You don't say.
Shauna: Some really bad people were stealing electricity from the Power Plant... But someone stopped them!
(Y/N): Yeah, I did.
Shauna: What?! NO WAY! You, (Y/N)?!
(Y/N): On Arceus I did.
Her eyes widen, her smile fades slightly.
Shauna: O-okay! I-I get the message... You're... Just perfect~
Shauna hugs (Y/N) again. She shows a lustful smile across her face. Shauna begins going lower down his body. She starts undoing his zipper.
Shauna: I should reward you, don't you think~?
(Y/N): I-I'm gonna stop you right there. L-lets go see the tower? Yeah! Let's head over there...
Shauna stands back up, not amused.
