Simran's POV:
I woke up this Sunday feeling refreshed, I'd packed my clothes the night before and had nothing to worry about this morning, except, of course, my friends breaking my door, barging through in excitement. I walked to the bathroom hurriedly to be ready before my friends arrived, we were carpooling in Samriddhi's 7-seater Innova, and her mom was driving us. I'm quite sure Damini is meeting us at the airport on her way back from Japan. I stepped out of the shower in my clothes, and Suprise Suprise there was a violent knocking on the door. I approached the door and my friends busted in laughing, slightly startled, I let them in, although they had already let themselves in quite a bit.
*Slight time skip*
I arrived at the airport, Daamini was standing in front of the vending machine, she turned around, the blue light reflecting on her face, as I was talking, a boy walked over to her and started talking to her, we approached her to ask who it was. ' Guys, this is my new friend, apparently, he's heading to New York as well' I wanted to roll my eyes, but I didn't, Daamini was always oblivious, a guy would become friends with her, start liking her, and then get friend zoned. She never sees it coming though, unlike me. I've gotten used to seeing this before it happens, it's usual, but she NEVER learns her lesson.
