As the night deepened, the group of friends slowly made their way back to their dorms, the laughter and chatter gradually fading into the quiet hum of the campus. The cool breeze carried the scent of blooming jasmine, a gentle reminder of the approaching summer.
Samriddhi walked alongside her friends, her mind drifting away from the conversations around her. She couldn't help but think about Raghav. His easy smile, the way his eyes lit up when he talked about his passions, and the kindness he showed to everyone around him. These thoughts swirled in her mind, creating a mix of confusion and excitement.
Once she reached her dorm room, she changed into her pajamas and settled into bed. The room was dimly lit by the soft glow of her bedside lamp. She picked up her journal, a habit she had developed to untangle her thoughts. As she began to write, she found herself pouring out her feelings for Raghav.
"Why does he make me feel this way?" she scribbled. "Is it just admiration, or is it something more?" She paused, tapping the pen against her lips. The uncertainty gnawed at her, but there was also a thrill in the unknown.
Samriddhi closed her journal and lay back on her pillow, staring at the ceiling. Her heart raced as she replayed moments with Raghav in her mind. She wondered if he felt the same way, if he noticed the way she looked at him, or if he was just being his usual friendly self.
As sleep began to take over, Samriddhi made a silent promise to herself. She would find the courage to explore these feelings, to understand what they truly meant. With that thought, she drifted off to sleep, her dreams filled with possibilities and the hope of what could be.
Meanwhile:

Daamini strolled through the campus, her senses heightened by the stillness of the night. The lampposts cast long shadows, creating a dance of light and dark on the cobblestone paths. She loved how the campus transformed after sunset, shedding its daytime hustle for a cloak of tranquility.
The trees whispered secrets to each other in the gentle breeze, their leaves rustling softly. Daamini found comfort in their presence, feeling as if they were old friends watching over her. The grand buildings, with their illuminated facades, stood like silent sentinels, their architectural beauty even more pronounced under the moonlight.
As she passed the library, she noticed a few students still inside, their faces lit by the glow of their laptops. She admired their dedication but was grateful for the peace outside. The central courtyard, with its sparkling fountain, was her favorite spot. She often sat on one of the benches, letting the sound of the water soothe her thoughts.
In the distance, she could see the sports fields, where a few athletes practiced under the stars. Their determination inspired her, reminding her of the importance of perseverance. The dormitories, with their scattered lights, felt like a patchwork quilt of stories and dreams, each window a glimpse into someone's world.

Daamini took a deep breath, savoring the cool, jasmine-scented air. The campus at night was a place of reflection and inspiration for her, a sanctuary where she could gather her thoughts and find clarity. As she made her way back to her dorm, she felt a sense of calm and contentment, ready to face whatever challenges the next day would bring.
Daamini's POV:
I peered across my anime quotes pictures on the wall as the breeze blew in through my window. Climbing down the stairs, I felt home. There wasn't any other way to describe it, just home, with nowhere else I 'd rather be...
