"Do you take Aahil Shah as your husband?" The voice of Moulvi got her out of the thoughts.
(Moulvi: a person who is a doctor of Islamic law)
Only she knew how badly she wanted to say no but her mother's pleading eyes refrained her from doing so. The person she was getting married to was the one she had once begged for marriage. At that time she was so in love with him but now she loathed him the most.
"I. I do.." She said emotionlessly. The heart that once beat crazily only at the mere thought of that person was completely silent now. Not a single beat was missed. Nothing, as if her emotions are dead.
"Congratulations...my daughter!" Her mother hugged her and kissed her forehead. She was looking at her daughter with teary eyes.
"You finally got your love, my dear." The mother said she was happy thinking that her daughter would finally live a comfortable and love-filled life.
"Love...?" She stared blankly at her mother and her mind recalled all the humiliations that had happened to her in the name of love.
"Love huh..?" He again mumbled under her breath and laughed sarcastically at herself.

At Aahil mansion.
After debating with himself for about half an hour he finally got the courage to face her. He entered the room to earn her forgiveness and trust that very night. The girls he had been waiting for years. The girl he had always loved so much but realized it when she was gone too far.
But to his surprise, the room was empty. The fully decorated room with roses and lilies was empty because the one he expected to be waiting for him on the bed was not there. Anxiety engulfed him and he started searching for her in the room. He checked the balcony but found no one. Suddenly he heard a shower sound coming from the bathroom. He sighed in relief and sat on the bed patiently waiting for her.
He wanted to see her as a bride for a little longer but he knew that this was not a normal marriage. He knew it was his fault that the wedding took place in this way. If he had acted a little calmly earlier, the situation would not have been like this.
But he was sure that he would make it all right, he would convince her. He will confess his love and ask for her forgiveness.
The door of the bathroom clicked open and she came out. He looked at her but before he could say anything, she silently walked towards the room door.
"Izzah...." Before he could stop her she had already left the room.
"Izzah.....Izzah...stop!...where are you going?" He followed her and tried to stop her but she was not ready to listen and kept walking to God knows where. At last, he too got angry and moved forward and reached for her arm.
He clutched her arm tightly and yanked her towards himself.
"What is this nonsense...?"He yelled but stopped when he saw her teary eyes.
