Chapter 9

3 weeks later,

Tyler wakes up to hear the sound of the baby crying in the crib. It was 1am in the morning as she would be crying loudly to wake her parents up. Tyler ran to the baby room and picked baby Tatiana up from the crib. "It's okay, Mommy's here," He tries to comfort the crying baby. "Don't worry, Mommy, Daddy and grandma will take you to the hospital," Next, Duncan Robinson takes the baby to the hospital alongside Tyler as Mrs. Herro called Tyler about what was going on

Mrs. Herro: Tyler what's wrong? Why are you up so late?

Tyler Herro: Mom, I called you because Tatiana wouldn't stop crying.

Mrs. Herro: Oh God! Okay, take her to the hospital and find out what's going on.

The couple took the baby to the hospital along with Mrs. Herro the mother of Tyler Herro. Tyler explained why Tatiana wouldn't stop crying as the nurse told them. "Don't worry, we'll take the baby to the emergency room," Tyler was sobbing when he knew that Tatiana was the baby that he had given birth to and all he wanted to do was to hold her in his arms. They waited for the doctor to tell him the good news about the baby.

Later on,

The Physician came to Tyler and Duncan about what had happened with the baby. "So how's my daughter doing?" Tyler asked. "Well thankfully, nothing bad happened to your baby Tyler, she's been having gas pains in her belly that's why she's been crying, but don't you worry, we'll give her some medicine to get rid of the gas and in few days, you'll be able to take her home," "Thanks Nurse, how much do I owe you?" "I'm an aunt myself, so I'm not going to charge you for bringing her to the hospital," "Thank you so much," Mrs. Herro said. "I'm sure my son would be very happy to see his daughter be back home," "Yep and if there's anything else that you want to bring in for Tatiana, please give us a call," She smiled.

The first things they would do was that they were given some medicines for Tatiana to take since Tyler and Duncan have to monitor on what they were doing. Not only that, Duncan goes to Costco to buy the anti colic baby bottles since Tyler had been planning to breastfeed his daughter. At that moment, she would be crying loudly waking up the parents and Tyler had to go to the baby room to pick her up. Tatiana was letting out a loud cry with her little fists hitting her mother on the chest

Tyler Herro: It's okay my baby girl. Mommy's here to give you a massage.

Duncan Robinson: no worries baby girl, you're going to be fine. It's just gas okay?

The first thing Tyler would do was to contact his mother for help and she would teach him how to burp the baby by giving a pat on the back to release the gas bubbles and doing the bicycle exercise to release the trapped gas inside the 3 week old baby's belly. The baby would only stop crying when Tyler is always around to make sure that there were no signs of the infections that their 3 week old baby might have.

In those times,

Tyler sings his 3 week old baby girl to sleep to help soothe the crying baby down. Mrs. Herro the mom of Tyler Herro came over to help him with the baby just to make sure nothing bad had happened. Perhaps, they were planning to follow up with the doctors to find the treatment for Tatiana's gas problems.

Tyler Herro: Mom, I don't know how this happened, but it makes me cry when Tatiana has gas problems.

Mrs. Herro: I know honey, but it's going to be alright.

Tyler Herro: yeah.

Mrs. Herro: don't worry about the baby. We'll make sure that she's healthy.

Tyler Herro's POV:

As of now, I'm still monitoring Tatiana for 24/7 and man! I wanted to breastfeed her because she is my baby girl. Duncan and I always waited for the time that we wanted to have a child on our own. Although, the next step is that we were planning to do the follow up and the nurse called me that they are giving her a strong medication to completely stop the pain.

{ 4 weeks passed }

The physician was giving him the good news that Tatiana's gas problems were finally resolved and she is now the normal baby like she was since Tyler Herro gave birth to her. The family were very relieved that she was able to be home with the family.
