Larissa Weems sat in her office late one night. Paperwork was piling up, and she knew that getting sleep that night would be out of the question. The clock on the wall ticks steadily as she sits at her desk, finishing yet another piece of paperwork, the only other sound being the scratching of her pen against the paper. Suddenly, there's a loud crash as the door bursts open, startling Weems out of her chair as the door to her office was pushed open with surprising force. In walks a familiar figure, wearing a mischievous smile.
"LARISSA! LONG TIME NO SEE!"
"Gojo?" Weems recognized the blindfolded man. "What on earth are you doing here?" Principal Thompson rises from her desk, her surprise quickly turning into a warm smile as she approaches Gojo.
"Oh, you know, just passing through." Gojo states, still grinning "But I do have a little favor to ask.
"A favor?" Weems asks, curiously, to which Gojo nods.
"Yeah, you see, I've come across a situation that requires your expertise." Gojo smiles, to which Weems raises an eyebrow curiously.
"My expertise?" She repeats.
"Absolutely!" Gojo pulls up a chair and sits down, prompting Weems to lean against her desk. "You see, I've stumbled upon a little guy who needs someone like you to look after him."
"A child?" Weems realizes, her expression softening.
"Yes, a three-year-old. His name is Y/N." Gojo informs. "He's in need of some special care and guidance, and I couldn't think of anyone better suited for the job than you."
"Me?" Weems asks, taken aback. "But Gojo, I'm hardly equipped to care for a child. I have a school to run, paperwork to finish-" Gojo rises and places a reassuring hand on her shoulder.
"Trust me, Larissa. You're more capable than you realize. Y/N needs someone with your compassion, your wisdom. He needs that kind of influence in his life." Gojo assures.
"Well, what about your school? Can't they take him?" Weems asked but grew confused as Gojo's face fell.
"Unfortunately, as much as I would like to have him there so we could train him, we can't." Gojo explained. "Cursed Spirits will come for him. And at the moment, Japan is unsafe for him."
"Then why bring him here?" Weems pressed.
"You know the seals we put up when you took over? That's why. It keeps Cursed Spirits away, while also keeping cursed energy within the school concealed." Gojo reminded the principal. "This boy has the potential to be greater than all of us. Even me if he masters his birthright. And that is what makes cursed spirits drawn to him. It would be utter hell if he were to stay in Japan."
