Revealed. (Part 1)

Scar's PoV:
It was nice out today in Scarland, I was working on the landscape when I felt arms snake around my waist and hug me from behind. I turned around to hug the small builder. Grian groaned into my chest, obviously tired. His wings flapped twice and Grian mumbled something that I couldn't hear.

-Hm? What was that?-

I asked. Grian looked up at me, obvious  bags under his eyes from the lack of sleep he was getting.

-Can you preen my wings? It has been awhile.-

He whined. I chuckled and picked him up, carrying him to my base. I kicked open the door and walked inside, closing the door behind me with my foot. My footsteps echoed as I walked into my bedroom. Setting Grian down on my bed, I sat down, resting my back on the headboard. Grian turned his back to me and stretched out his wings.

The beauty of his parrot wings has always amazed me. I started to preen his wings, a few sounds of pleasure came from the avian that I didn't mind. After an hour of preening, I was finally finished. Grian had removed his sweater and shirt at one point so I could reach the base of his wings.

I smirked and started to kiss his back whilst massaging his wings. Grian let out a soft moan and frowned. I chuckled and pulled him closer to me to I could hug him. He just giggled and I felt my face heat up at his giggle. His wings flashed a light purple and he clutched his head.

I frowned and leaned over his shoulder to look at him.

-Still trying to get through, huh?-

He nodded. I knew about Grian being a runaway watcher, and in all honesty, I didn't mind it one bit. Knowing that one of the most powerful watchers was protecting Hermitcraft made me feel safe, but I can't say the same about the others.

None of the other Hermits know that Grian is a watcher, and Xisuma has expressed multiple times his hatred for watchers. Both me and Grian are scared he'll kick me, Grian, or us both off the server for keeping such a dangerous secret, so we haven't told anyone about it yet.

I sighed at his response, the watchers have been trying to get through and possess Grian so they could use him as a puppet to destroy Hermitcraft. Grian groaned and leaned against me.

-I'm so tired of their bullshit...-

He whined. I pat his head reassuringly.

-It's gonna be okay, you know what you're doing.-

He nodded and started to drift off in my lap. I smiled softly and fell asleep myself.

Grian's PoV:
When I woke up, Scar was cuddling with me, still sleeping. I giggled softly and slipped out of his grasp to go get something to eat.

When I returned, Scar was half awake and looking around. I whistled and he looked in my direction. He sighed groggily and laid back down.

-I don't wanna get uuuuuuup!-

He whined, I giggled.

-Well, we have a server meeting in about 30 minutes, so you're gonna have to get up.-

Scar shot up straight and looked at me.

-I forgot about that...-

He squeaked, I burst out laughing at him. He frowned and threw a pillow at me, making the bag of chips I was holding fly out of my hands and make me fall backwards. He laughed loudly and I soon joined him.

Xisuma's PoV:
All the problem children were at this meeting. Good. I was talking to Cleo when something purple caught my eye. I turned my head and froze in shock and horror.

Scar's PoV:
I was talking to Cub when he gasped and pointed behind me. Confused, I turned around and I froze dead in my tracks.

-GRIAN! YOUR WINGS!-

I cried.

Grian's PoV:
I was talking to Mumbo when he just froze. I was confused. Upon feelings more eyes on me, I turned around. Everyone looks like they've just seen a ghost.

-GRIAN! YOUR WINGS!-

Scar cried. I looked at my wings and what I saw made all the color drain from my face.

My wings were light purple.
