Hello hello! It is me, the author. I just want to write out some notes real quick before I start writing this book. First off, I will be referring to Y/N as they/them (let me know if I forget sometimes), but you can substitute in your own pronouns if you want.
Also, I have no idea what I'm doing! This is my first x reader, so I'm probably not gonna be the best at writing, but I'll try my best.
Now, Y/N's team will be predetermined, because I don't know what your favorite Pokémon are! Anyway, I wanted to make sure every Pokémon on Y/N's team are available in Kitakami, but I want their first two to also be available in Galar because in this book that's where Y/N is from.
For now you'll have a Shinx and a Wooper! The rest Y/N obtains while in Kitakami. You can give them whatever nicknames you want. :)
Lastly, about Kieran. According to his bulbapedia page, his age is unknown, but according to another source, if you play in French, it is clearly stated that he is 14, so that's what we're going with for this book.
I think that's all I have to say before we move on to the actual story. I might add other stuff here if I think of it later.
