(AN, please comment and vote y'all! I appreciate my readers and hope you all are having a good day! Also, I have another Harry Potter story in drafts, if y'all are interested. One is a Theo, and one is a Draco, so let me know what you would like to see?)
"So Harry, any clue what Hermione has planned for us?" I asked, pacing in the shrinking shack.
"For once no," Harry told me, looking as more and more students came in. I saw Theo and Blaise standing in the back talking, and Pansy was with Luna. Draco was standing off to the side, searingly uncomfortable.
"She invited the whole Slytherin Crew," I said with a wide smile.
"You trust them, and we trust you. We will get more accomplished together than apart. Plus, I don't think Zabini will let you out of his sight," Harry teased, making me blush.
"Hey, you're a guy," I said slowly.
"Last I checked, my dick was still there, and I still identify as a man, so yeah, I'd say so," Harry retorted, making me giggle.
"Do you remember when you kissed me in potions?"
"Are you going to keep asking dumb questions, or is there a point?" Harry replied, making me roll my eyes.
"Blaise started to tease me after, and I sarcastically asked if he was just jealous. Then after class was over, he told me 'And yes, Finnigan, I wanted to be the one to kiss you.' What does that mean?" I asked panicking.
"Well, if I had to guess, he wants to kiss you. However, Zabini doesn't seem too touchy-feely," Harry responded.
"He isn't," I told him.
"I think he's into you," Harry told me, his eyes watching a few more students pile in.
"But why? He's gorgeous and I'm me?"
"Saoirse, if I didn't think Zabini would kill me, I would have pursued you years ago. You are so hot," Harry told me, "You have beautiful hair, stunning eyes, mostly clear skin."
"Okay, but my body-"
"Is hot. See, other girls may be skinnier, but you have boobs. And listen, men like boobs," Harry told me, making me laugh.
"So, he's into me?"
"Pretty fucking obviously. Listen, while I would love to help you further realize the obvious, Hermione is motioning for us."
"Let's get into this," I laughed, grabbing his hand and walking up in front of everyone.
"So, why are we here?" My ex-boyfriend asked rudely.
"Listen, defense against the dark arts is shit, and we aren't learning," Hermione announced, "We have to teach ourselves. Who better to teach us than two people who fought against Voldemort and live to tell the tale."
Me and Harry shared a look of confusion. We are teaching all these people? Um, what?
"Is it true?" Zacharius demanded, "Tell us about it."
"We aren't going to talk about that in detail. Out of respect for him and for his boyfriend," I said shutting him down quickly.
"Listen, me and Saoirse don't know how we did it. We were put in a difficult situation, and we had to figure it out," Harry continued.
"But we have both studied hard and knew protective spells. We aren't Hogwarts professors, by any stretch of the imagination, but if you want to learn how to defend yourselves, we will teach you," I announced, standing straighter.
"And if that is what you want, please stay. If you came to hear about what happened to Cedric, the door is in the back," Harry said firmly.
"But good luck learning from Umbridge," I said before pausing, "A war is coming, guys. It's going to be ugly, and there will be casualties. If you only learn what that bitch is teaching, you will be another casualty. At least with us, you may stand a chance."
