"...I don't know, Gideon's got a sense."
Levi groggily opened his eyes, hearing the waves of the ocean crashing around, hitting the dock's side as he laid against an electrical box, trying to gather his thoughts as quickly as possible. He snapped back to reality as a faint beeping close to him grew louder, the Malamute stood still, hearing the voices of a few McAllister's chatting with each other.
"Having that Husky deal with him seems like a mistake, we should just use that Malamute to lure in the rest of those assholes at the Den."
"True...Where'd Satoon and Sean go off to?"
The Malamute took this opportunity to escape, instantly regretting it as he felt a large jolt of pain surge through his body.
"Hey! Hey, he's trying to escape!"
"Ehh, it don't matter, he ain't getting far..." One of McAllister's pointed out as the Malamute stumbled toward the ground in pain, seeing the trio of dogs surrounding his view. "Are ya dead?"
Levi let out a quick series of coughs, "Not yet..."
"You hear that, lads? Maybe he's given up." The trio soon laughed as they slashed their claws at the Malamute, engraving new wounds on top of the ones he sustained last night. Moments later, to what seemed like an eternity to the Malamute, the attack stopped and Levi heard one of the McAllister's usher an order. "You remember where Gideon asked to place him, come on, grab his injured paw."
The Malamute tried to squirm out of their grasps but was too weak. He hung his head low as they dragged him inside the building, quick thinking and patience was something Levi always aced but at this point, he's not even sure if he can trust his own instincts.

Faint buzzing from a light was heard around the room as Mavis soon groggily opened her eyes, with the crew following shortly after. To her surprise, she and the dogs had bowls of water and food laying right in front of them, a miracle that they didn't knock them over during their slumber.
"Glad to see you're all awake." Avery slightly smiled, hearing the crew groan as some of them rubbed their heads in pain.
"Fuckin'...jeez, I'm not drinking that shit from Dixon again, wouldn't have fucked up if I just set it aside." Delta blamed himself as he chowed down on his food.
"None of you could've known, don't go blaming yourselves." Avery assured as he turned his head towards Chase, who was sitting by his desk, keeping a small distance from anyone as his back was facing them. "Get outta here for a second, I need to speak with Chase. Once we're done, I'll call our mutual friend and see if they can help us." The crew simply obeyed, taking their last licks and bites from their bowls as they headed outside, with Avery facing the lone pup as the door was shut.
"I know you didn't sleep and I can't blame you for it." Avery's ears lowered, "I'm sorry you had to go through that, kid. For your health, sit today out if-."
Chase cut his friend off, turning around almost instantly, "No! I'm okay, I can do this, alright? I can help."
"You didn't sleep at all, you messed up your bandaged paw, Chase, you're a fuckin' mess." Avery stated, saying the harsh truth to the pup.
