"What in the world is your daughter wearing William?" Carole called out as she saw Josie come down the stairs, her dress leaving a bit too much out.
"Josie," William gasped out looking at his daughter in shock.
"What, I'm wearing mum's dress," she said fixing her rings.
"So?"
"Didn't you say we wear recycled things?" To be honest with you Josie had no idea what she was supposed to wear she just picked some of her mum's clothes that were too big on her shorter mother. She'd never worn them they were just sitting so Josie thought this was the perfect occasion.
"Yes but that dress is a bit too much."
"Dad... I'd rather you focus on what you're wearing and leave me alone, I'm just experimenting expressing myself," she said with a shrug.
"Fine we need a debrief of where you've worn the outfits so people know I'm not being a hypocrite," Josie gave him a side eye before rolling her eyes, he was being a hypocrite though.
"The dress is mum's, she's had it in storage for long but never wore it because it was too long," she said with a shrug hoping he didn't catch onto the fact that she said dress and not outfit.
