"You shall go west and face the god who has turned. And you shall find what was stolen and see it safely returned." Chiron says standing beside Percy, who is looking at all the potential partners, that got picked to help with his quest

"The Oracle has confirmed what we expected, that this quest will proceed toward the Underworld, where you and Diana will confront the god who has rebelled against his brothers. Hades." Chiron says not missing the glare he gets from Diana "The entrance to Hades's domain lies under the city of Los Angeles. This is where you will journey to. Time is short. I have selected our most compelling candidates, from which you will choose two to join you on this quest and ensure that we succeed."

Percy seems to look over all the contestants before confidently saying "Annabeth."

"Customarily, one waits to at least hear a name or two before choosing. Are you sure you don't wanna hear more?" Chiron ask, looking at Diana who has a grin on her face, then to Percy who is starting at Annabeth

"This thing, Zeus's master bolt, we need to get it back, right?" Percy ask looking at Diana

"Yes." Diana says, smiling at the boy

"And it's gonna be hard to get, yes?" Percy ask, trying to his side to look at Chiron

"Extraordinarily." Chiron says staring at the boy, not realizing where Percy was going with this

"And if the mission required someone to push me down a flight of stairs for it to succeed... you'd want someone who won't hesitate when they do it." Percy says starting at Annabeth, making it to where he doesn't notice how Diana is trying not to giggle at the young love.

"Aphrodite has to be having a field day with this" Diana thinks, knowing that the kids parents are sworn enemies

"The first quest-mate shall be Annabeth Chase!" Chiron announces to the rest of the group before looking back at the Percy "Now, on to the other candidates."

"Grover underwood" Percy announces getting looks form Chiron

" he isn't part of the selected group, are you sure" Chiron ask starting at the boy who gives him a stern nod

" the second question mate shall be Grover underwood" Diana announces to the group, noticing the sad looks she getting from many of the Demi-gods

Percy walks up to Diana giving her a small smile " do you knew where Grover is?" Percy ask

" come on I'll show you" Diana says, waking down the stone path to where the second quest mate is.

After dropping Percy off to talk with Grover Diana leaves, knowing this is a personal moment between the duo. She goes back to her cabin where the now, fixed spear of Clarissa's laid. Picking it up Diana walks out of her cabin and towards ares,getting smiles from several campers along the way.

After knocking on the cabin door a son of ares opens it to the goddess, who smiles at the boy " hello axel, is Clarissa here" Diana ask the young boy who points to a bed in the counter of the room

Diana gives a nod of thanks before waking over to the girl who is laying in her bed, her eyes closed but she's still clearly awake

"Clarissa" Diana says gently to the girl. Clarissa opens her eyes to look at Diana who is holding her now fixed spear. Clarissa jumps up from her bed and grabs the spear, hitting the ground with it, making fire appear at the top of it.

Clarissa looks at the goddess in amazement " how did you fix it" she says

" I called in a favor" Diana says looking at the happy girl. " I'm gonna have to go for a couple of days" Diana says looking at the now sad girl " make sure the camp doesn't go to shit"
