Chapter 11

Emma's POV:

  I don't know what is happening!  I keep falling and being clumsy! I mean, I am really clumsy, but today I'm a real klutz! It must just be that I'm thinking about Daniel so much.  The worst part is, I keep using my magic by accident!  And Aggie and Lily are here!  They finally just gave me more freedom, and now they might take my magic away again! This is horrible!

Lily's POV:

  "Aggie, Emma keeps using her powers!  She's being really clumsy!"  I said.

  "You don't think I haven't noticed?" Aggie put his goggles on.  "And we just gave her more freedom in the realm!  We should do something about this!" he started to walk away, but I grabbed his arm.

  "Aggie no! Maybe she's just having a bad day, missing Daniel and all."  (A/N: the witches council still remembers Daniel, because they are all powerful.)

  "Well, we can't just sit around and wait for HER to do something about it.  She's the most unreliable, untrustworthy, stupidest chosen one we've ever encountered!" he laughed a little.

  "But Aggie, let's just talk to her, not do something stupid."

  "If you say so."

Emma's POV:

  I was walking over to a table with some drinks when all of a sudden, I poofed out of there, with my tray still in my hand.  I apparently was teleported to Lily's office, and all of my drinks fell and spilled, and the glass shattered.  Aggie cleaned it up with a twirl of his finger.  Only Lily and Aggie were in here.

  "Where's Desdemona?" I asked.

  "Where's Desdemona?" he asked back, mockingly,  "She was revealing her powers in public a lot, so we took away her powers and banished her."

  "What? Now, does that seem very necessary?"  I asked.  It really didn't, especially because I was using my powers too much in public.

  "Actually, that's what we were going to talk to YOU about." Aggie said, glaring at me.

  "Oh no" I said, backing up a bit and looking down at Aggie's feet.

  All of a sudden, Andi burst in.  "Em, do you know where Dan-" I shot her a dirty look.

  "Uh, do you know where...  Daniel's... BOOKS are?" she sounded relieved now.  "Yeah his books.  Uh, I forgot mine, and I needed to study."

  "Andi, it's summer.  How did you even get in here?" Lily asked, suspiciously.

  "Yeah but, you know, all that summer homework." I lied.  "Yeah, I'll show you." I started to walk towards Andi, and then I looked back and said something before Lily or Aggie could.  "Thanks for letting me off the hook. Thanks guys!" Then, we left, before they had a chance to say anything else.

  "Off the hook?" Andi asked, as soon as we got to my house.  "For what?"

  "Well, I might've been using my powers in public too much. BUT, but it's not my fault!"

  "Em, why aren't you telling me anything anymore?" I wasn't expecting her to be mad at me today.  Especially since I do tell her things.  Don't I?

  "I do too!"

  "No you haven't! You left us that brief phone call about Daniel, and nobody else knew what you were talking about.  And you wouldn't even explain why he was missing, or leave us any details! I found out that you picked Jax over Daniel FROM MADDIE, EMMA! FROM MADDIE!"

  "Actually," I whispered, "I didn't..."

  "Emma, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?? YOU NEVER TELL ME ANYTHING ANYMORE!"

  "WELL, I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO IS GUILTY! HOW COME YOU DIDN'T INVITE ME TO THAT HANG OUT AT YOUR HOUSE WITH DIEGO AND THE PANTHERS"

  "YOU DON'T LIKE VIDEO GAMES!  AND YOU WERE PROBABLY BUSY WITH WHOEVER YOU PICKED.  AND YOU WERE PROBABLY ALSO BUSY NOT TELLING ME THINGS!"

  "OH BECAUSE THE PANTHERS LIKE VIDEO GAMES?"

  "DIEGO WAS COMING, SO MADDIE CAME, SO KATIE AND SOPHIE CAME!" she paused.  "You know what? I'm done.  If you can't tell me things any more, then I guess we can't be friends, never mind best friends. I'll go hang out with Maddie." and with that, she left, before I could say anything else.

Andi's POV:

  I walked to Maddie's house.  I can't believe Emma doesn't tell me things anymore.  We were supposed to be best friend for life, you know?

  I rang the doorbell.  Maddie answered.

  "Andi? What do you want? OOH! Do you want a makeover?"

  "Fine. Whatever." I rolled my eyes, but I wanted Emma to believe I was a panther now.

  "OOH! Really?! Panthers! Proxy!  Bring all of my makeup and hair supplies down!"

  "All of it?" Diego asked.  Maddie whipped her head around.

  "Yes Proxy." she giggled, and then pulled me inside.  "Oh! First bring me some outfit choices!" she looked at my outfit, disgusted.  I made a face at her.

  "Well! If you want me to help you, you have to be nice to me, Andi!"

  This was going to be one long day.
