Chapter 19

Daniel's POV:

  "Great job Danny.  I didn't think you could pull off faking it since you're so evil," Mia smiled.  UGH! I HATED PRETENDING THAT I WAS EVIL! But I put on an evil smirk. I needed her to think I actually had the seal on me. THE SEAL! What if she checks the back of my neck and she doesn't see one there? What then?  and I hate her calling me 'Danny'. Only Em can call me that. Oh Emma...

Mia's POV:

  He smirked.

  "Right? I can't wait until we rule the world!" he chuckled a bit after he said that. I smiled.  but, then after I smiled, I saw a hint of guilt and sadness in his eyes.  Whatever.  It was probably nothing.

Emma's POV:

  We were right outside of Mia's basement door, and I ran in with Andi following me.  As soon as I got to the bottom of the stairs, I ran to Danny and jumped in his arms.

(A/N: AWWWWWWWWW DEMMA IS SO PERF!!! Season 4 starts tonight where I live, so I won't be updating this much after Season 4 starts, but I will have another EWW fanfiction after season 4.  I also have another Demma fanfiction, called 'Daniel to the Rescue' so make sure you go check that out! demma fans, also stay strong! Daniel's POV:

  I don't know what to do anymore. I think Mia told me to act evil around her, but I can't. I love her too much, so I hugged her, picked her up and twirled her around.  She laughed and I smiled. We  hugged again.  She is okay for now.  She is safe for now.  But if Jax gets into this... 

  I decided that if Mia asked why I was acting like myself, that I would pretend to be evil when she asked that, and I would tell her I forgot, and that I thought she told me to be my old self. Well, in reality, I was my old self.  I wasn't that evil Daniel with a kanay seal.

  "DANNY!" Mia shouted. Emma let go of me.

  "Danny?" Emma asked. Andi burst out laughing.

  "Mia.  It's over.  You lost." I said.

  "Wait wait wait," Andi said, pointing at one of us everytime she said wait.  First Mia, then Emma, then me. "What is going on?"

  "What is going on is that DANIEL OBVIOUSLY IS LYING TO YOU EMMA! HE HAS A STUPID SEAL ON AGAIN BUT OBVIOUSLY HE IS TOO STUPID TO FOLLOW SIMPLE ORDERS AND NOT PRETEND TO BE HIS OLD NERDY SELF! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO STAY EVIL, NOT ACT STUPID! NOW DON'T TOUCH HER AGAIN!" Mia said. And she blew it... her plan was ruined.

Mia's POV:

  UGH! I BLEW IT! WELL IT'S TOO LATE NOW!

  "DANIEL WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?" I ran up to him since Emma had let go of him. "Turn around," I said, angry. He did, and I grabbed the back of his shirt and there was no spider seal...

  "That's impossible," I whispered to myself.  "Now everything is gone wrong and it's all because of," I stopped whispering, "Jax." I pounded my fists together, ready to freeze or melt anyone who gets in my way. I screamed, and let go of Daniel's shirt. Daniel grabbed Emma, and Andi's jaw dropped.

  "I'm still confused," Andi said, and she took out something in a spray can, and walked next to Emma and Daniel. "But I'll go with it," she said, pointing the spray can at me.

  "What is it? Silly string?" I said, chuckling a bit. I can't take it anymore.  I'm leaving Daniel behind  with them when I take over the realm, then the world.  They will all be frozen anyways, so Daniel can't be with Emma either.  And I'll freeze Jax too.

Daniel's POV:

  She was getting so angry, but I held Emma tight in my arms. She closed her eyes.

  "Em, you're the only one that has powers here." Andi said, still holding up the spray can.

  She looked at Andi for a split second, but then tried to cast a spell, but nothing was working.  There weren't even purple sparks.  Mia looked amused.

  "Alright you idiots, let me end this," she said, pounding her fists together.  I jumped in front of Emma and Andi, and put my hands in front of me. Andi also sprayed that thing at Mia.  I opened my eyes, and Mia was gone, but the witches council was standing on the basement stairs.  Lily looked proud. 

  "What happened?" I asked. Emma walked up to me and hugged my arm.

  "Well, let's start with you Daniel," Desdemona said, "We've decided to give you powers so you can be with Emma.  We found out about Jax's plan.  We've banished him, and you got his powers, and I got mine back." she said.

  "Back?" Emma asked.

  "Yes.  Jax tricked me into exposing mine, so he could steal my powers."

  "Oh," Emma said.

  "And Andi," Lily began, "We have chosen you to become a guardian."

  "WHAT?! YES!!! WOOHOO!" Andi was jumping up and down.  Emma smiled. Now, Lily looked sad.

  "And Emma," she gulped, "We have decided that you need to work harder to get your powers back.  Well, not we." she shot a dirty look at Aggie and Desdemona, "Them." she said.

  "Uh, guys," I said. "I can't have these,"

  "What?" Emma said. I looked at her.

  "But you don't have yours, and I would have no idea how to work these.  I think it would be much easier if you and I could have a life without magic.  Nothing would go wrong that wouldn't have gone wrong in the real world." She smiled, half of it being apologetically.

Emma's POV:

  I feel bad.  I could've given up my powers all these years and I never did.  But Daniel just did for me.  The second he got them.  I love him. I looked at Andi.

  "I agree," she said. She looked at Lily, Desdemona, and Aggie. "I mean we are going to college next year. We are seniors now.  It'd be much easier without magic.  I can't except either,"

  "But Andi, it was your dream!" I said, but I guess they were right.  She shrugged.

  "I don't want mine back either," I said.

  "Then we will need to find a new chosen one," Aggie said. I nodded.

  "Goodbye Emma," Lily said.

  "Wait," Daniel looked still a bit confused, "What did I do to Mia?"

  "You banished her.  Jax is in limbo and Mia is where the lost things go." Aggie said.

  "That place?" Daniel looked surprised.

  "Yes," Aggie said.

  Daniel shivered. "I hated that place."

  "Aw," he was so cute. I kissed his cheek and he looked at me and smiled. I smiled back, but then looed at the council.  "Bye guys.  Lily, I'll see you at school," I smiled.

  "Yeah.  Bye," then, they poofed away. I sighed.
