Y/N LOOKED AT ALL OF THE, decorations her bestfriend Tatum had all over her walls in awe, slightly jealous of all of what she was seeing. Sometimes she wished that her parents weren't so strict with her so she could do all of the things Tatum did. Sure, she went to parties and stuff like that, but she never really told her parents about it because she knew they would freak out. That wasn't all she was worried about though. There was a whole murderer that was pretty much out to get her, and now that she was truly aware of that, she didn't want to exist anymore.

Plopping herself against the edge of the blondes bed, Y/N then gave her friend an almost worried looking smile before she saw her friend begin to make her way over to her, her own little smile wiped across her face while she did so. She wanted to make her feel as comfortable as possible, especially after what she'd been through.

Tatum sighed deeply before she pushed a hand out to the H/C haired teen and placed it down against hers gently, her head tilting to the side as she maintained eye contact to show that she actually did care for her, "Do you feel much more better now that you're here with me Y/N..?"

That's when Y/N nodded her head up and down with a grateful glint flashing through her E/C eyes. She wouldn't know what to do without the girl. She thought she probably would've been dead by now if it weren't for her, but of course she was stopping herself from having any of those kinds of thoughts, "Mhm, I don't know what I'll do once I get back home.... I'm gonna have nightmares and I won't even be comfortable breathing in my own home, fuck..."

"You must feel horrible. I wouldn't know what to do in your situation either..." Tatum didn't say anything else for a few seconds, but before Y/N could respond with anything, the blonde was tackling her friend in a hug, her arms now slung around each of her shoulders while she whined into her friends shirt, "You have to promise me you won't let anything bad happen to you Y/N!"

Shocked by the random energy that came from Tatum, Y/N hesitantly hugged the young woman back and narrowed her eyes, low grunts seeping past her lips while she replied with a quick, "I.. p-promise, jeez...!"

The friend pulled herself away from Y/N with the quickness, clearing her throat in the process. It only took her a few more seconds to turn head head to the side and avoid eye contact as if she hadn't just done what she'd just done, "Okay, cool. Anyway! Are you up for some games tonight?!"

"Games?" Y/N was getting ready to protest that she was tired and ready to go to sleep after the event that happened to her, but then she realized that this could be good for her. It was something to take her mind off of it after all, "Umm, yeah... I'm up for a game."

A wide smirk came over Tatums lips as she stood up to her feet, sending Y/N a little nod until she turned on her heel, responding with, "Great..! I'll go get the cards for us."

Y/N froze up at the silence that came over her once Tatum left the room, and she couldn't help look over her shoulder with each second that flew by. She had to make sure that she wasn't in any kind of danger no matter what, especially since she'd just absentmindedly promised that nothing would happen to her for the sake of her own friends sanity.

There was absolutely nothing in the air and that alarmed the teen that sat crisscrossed on the bed, shivers crawling up and down her spine as she kept scanning those eyes all around the room, trying to find anything on Tatums wall to distract herself from. The feeling around her was almost ominous, and she couldn't put a finger on what she was feeling. Right then and there, she just wanted to be anywhere near anybody so she could feel the closure she currently needed. Hell, she didn't even know why Tatum thought it was a good idea to leave her in the first place.

She just sat there, slightly hunched over while she began fiddling with her fingers. She sat like that for a while, wondering what it was that was taking her friend so long to find a random deck of cards until she felt a stare on her, causing her to tense up. It was so out of nowhere that it was almost unbelievable. That was, until she realized it was from behind her. That's when she whipped her head over her shoulder only to see a shadowy figure disappearing around the corner.

A loud gasp came from her, and it was like she was in the same position as before once again. While her chest rose from the panic that was starting to settle in, a hand made contact with her shoulder before it forced her around. Her fight or flight mode set through the mind until she realized that it was only her friend, Tatum.
