𝔐𝔬𝔯𝔫𝔦𝔫𝔤𝔰 𝔞𝔯𝔢 𝔬𝔫𝔢 𝔱𝔥𝔦𝔫𝔤. One thing I hate doing. I hate people coming to wake me up.  Just leave me alone and everything will be alright.

"Your royal highness," a kind soothing voice called.

My eyes were filled with bright light as I tried to open them. I groaned and rolled over the other side so my eyes don't feel the bright light. My back facing the window that was recently opened.

"Your royal highness it's time to wake up. You have a big day today," the kind voice reminded me.

"You say that all the time," I argued trying to go back to sleep. I pulled the blanket over my head.

I heard movements in my closet. "Today you will be meeting lord Adelio."

My ears perked up at his name. I sat up urgently. "I thought that was next month."

"Remember it got moved, he will be leaving for France soon."

I got out the bed and started stretching. "Right, yes."

Maggie, my servant, who was around my age, twenty, gave me the clothes I need for the day. She continued telling me all the things I needed while helping me change into an outfit that was deemed to me too much for a human body to handle. The outfit was just the bottom layer of the rest of the dress.

"How would you like your hair, your royal highness?" Maggie asked me brushing my hair.

I look up from my book looking at myself. My black defined wavy hair enlightens my ivory skin. My black eyes show so much, maybe even too much, emotions. My rosy lips having some red spots from how much I bite them anxiously.

"Whatever you think is best for going out to the stables," I answered going back to reading my book.

"Of course your royal highness."

After brush of hair and pulling of hair, finally my hair was done which was just braids, but it had more fancy to it, but not to fancy. The two braids made a way around my head like a crown.

"I have you dress already prepared, will you need help with it?" She asked putting materials for my hair away.

"Possibly," I sat up moving towards my stall to change. "Finish cleaning up, I will try my best."

I did not realize how difficult it is to change on your own. I didn't know what layer went first. I already had one, why do I need more?

"What," I whispered to myself holding a ton of cloth in my hand. I kept twisting and turning the cloth around trying to decipher which went were.

I heard soft laughter behind me. I turned around seeing Maggie covering her mouth.

"Please excuse me, Your Royal Highness," she move her hand away. "I do not mean to laugh."

I looked at her with a small smile growing. Soon we were both rumbling in laughter.

After calming down, she helped me put all the layers on.

I looked at myself in the mirror as she was fixing anything that needed to be fixed. I had a pastel blue color dress that had a fitted bodice that was a slightly darker color. My breast showing more than needed as they were being squished. It was free-flowing with small flower designs.

Maggie moved away from me. "There you go, your royal highness."

"Thank you," I said putting on flat shoes that don't show much from the length of the dress.
