Pomni had way too many things to wonder about. After her and Jax had "fun", Jax had informed her that Ragatha had saw them when they finished this deed. When Pomni asked Jax what he was gonna do, he didn't know. Well there were two options, she thought. 1- Confront Ragatha about it 2- Pretend like it never happened..

Jax thought that 1 was the way to go, and they would be better off telling Ragatha not to tell anyone. But Pomni thought that 2 was the smartest option because Ragatha wouldn't be the type of person to say anything anyways, she would definitely keep it to herself. 

After arguing about it for what seemed like forever they came to a conclusion. Or as you may call it, a compromise. They would not confront Ragatha as long as she doesn't talk about it to anyone or ask any questions.

Honestly Pomni didn't really want to talk to Ragatha in the current situation she was in becuase it would just be awkward.

Jax was just ready to start problems.

Really fits his character.

Pomni sat on the edge of her bed, her small legs dangling off the side. She sighed, Jax has been less annoying lately. This made her like him a little bit more than she wanted but she was fine with that.

In fact, she kind of wanted to see him again. Why did he like to annoy her purposely? She really didn't know. Well maybe he just wanted entertainment. Too bad, he could have found come someone else to bother! Why her?

Pomni gets off her bed and stretches feeling a bit tired, she yawns and scans the room, her eyes catching the door.

She walks over to the door cautiously, an envelope was slipped into her room.

She takes the envelope and opens it up. Interesting. An invitation. Her eyebrows raise as she reads the invitation, to sum it up, she's been invited to a Christmas party hosted by Caine.

Honestly she didn't feel the sparks. Christmas was only a few days away but it just didn't feel right. She wasn't in the holiday spirit. In fact this whole time she forgot Christmas was a thing!! Jax, he was getting to her head, she even forgot about finding and exit.

She took a deep breath and decided to go to the dinner. He was gonna be there and there was nothing to do anyways.

After that little decision, the jester went to go take a shower to help herself relax a bit because she was a bit stressed out.

Jax was just on his bed laying down. He threw a ball in the air and catched it, on repeat. He was bored as always and wanted to cause a little mayhem. There was the dinner, he had gottten that invitation hai ya few minutes ago. He pondered if pomni was gonna go. Well why not go ask!

Jax happily walked into Pomni's room and opened the door. He sat on her bed and waited for her to come out. He wanted to scare her.

Meanwhile Pomni was not aware that Jax was in her room sitting on her bed. She was still in the shower, getting more and more relaxed as she stayed in there. She only realized it was time to get out when her fingers became wrinkly. She put on a towel and walked out of her room.

Pomni's soul left her body when she saw Jax sitting their at her with a wide grin on his stupid face. She fell back in shock while Jax just laughed in her face.

"JAX!" She was so angry that he had just came into her room and sat on her bed. He didn't knock or anything.

"Whatt pomni! It was just a little joke! I've seen it all anyways" Jax snickered a bit at pomni's face. It was all red now, her eyebrows furrowed at him as she gave him a look.

Not waiting for any response, Jax just grinned at her mischievously and winked. "See ya laterPoms" and he left. just like that.

Pomni sighed "what a pervert" she mumbled to herself. But yeah, she couldn't forget about the dinner.

Pomni and Jax hung out over the last couple of days and they enjoyed eachothers' company. Even though Pomni pretended to hate him, she grew to like the bunny. Jax liked Pomni too, he liked playing pranks on her, and making fun of her, and stuff like that. He was pretty sure they were friends. If you want to call it that.

Back to the story (time skip) ⏭️

Christmas dinner was finally here. Caine made sure to inform the circus that the dress code was red and black. You could say Caine went all out with the Christmas decorations. He got a big tree, stockings, there's a whole part 2 with Secret Santa, decorations all around the circus, and the dinner.

Pomni walked out of her room with a black sweater and a red skirt, not too long kind of short. She sprayed on some perfume and was ready to go downstairs. But one more thing.

She goes to Jax's room and knocks on the door. Not even a second later Jax opens the door and Pomni walks in. Jax was still trying not get ready with only his pants on. He runs around looking for all his clothings trying to put on all his clothes and get himself together. Pomni just watches him and taps her foot.

"Jaxxx why aren't you ready yet?"

"Well a guys gotta get his sleep" he looks at her as he puts on his shirt.

"I'll wait for you.."

Jax thinks for a second and agrees. "Sure" he finishes cleaning himself up and takes Pomni's hand.

"Shall we?"

Pomni nods and they walk together downstairs to the dining area where Ragatha and zooble are sitting next to eachother taking, with kinger and gangle across from eachother, Caine sitting down waiting.

Jax sits down at the other end of the table, Pomni follows, quickly taking the seat next to him.
