The preparation continued for the next few days. Which means Lucinda was also preparing the Castle as well. She wanted this to be perfect.
But Lucinda also had other things on her mind. She kept thinking about Choso again.. She felt like he knew something that she didn't know, and Lucinda has to know what's happening at all times. Not because she is a princess; she just wants to know.
Lucinda spend a lot of her time trying to know what Choso was really doing at the park that day, and of course on the spring festival.
"Yuji, What is Choso like?" Lucinda as she walked up to the salmon boy.
Yuji turned around the girl confused. "Why do you asked?"
"Because I'm getting to know him, and I just wanted to know,"
"Oh, Well he was really helpful around our old home." Yuji started.
Lucinda listened very quietly to Yuji talk about his older brother. 'Yuji likes to praise Choso, A lot' Lucinda thought as Yuji continued talking about Choso.
Lucinda listened for a while before leaving. She continued walking until she saw Choso talking to someone.
'I have never seen him before, Who is he?' Lucinda thought as she began walking towards them.
"Geto, Why are you here?" Choso asked the male standing in front of him. The male had a smile on his face.
"Like I said, I'm here for the festival just like everyone else is!" Geto said still smiling at the male.
Choso had an unpleasant look on his face. He was about to say something when a female voice called out to him.
"Choso! Who is this?" Lucinda asked Choso looking at the black haired male. Choso wanted her to leave, but Lucinda as stubborn she refused.
"I don't think we have met before, I'm Princess Lu-"
"I'm fully aware of who you are Princess, It's an honor of meeting you," Geto said with a smile as he bowed to her.
Lucinda had a smile on her face, but in reality she was annoyed. 'Why do people never let me finish?' She thought to herself.
Geto raised up to Lucinda and looked over at Choso. "Well I'll be on my way, Goodbye Princess and See you soon Choso," Geto said as begin leaving.
Lucinda and Choso looked the way Geto left. "I didn't get his name..." Lucinda muttered under her breath. "Don't mind him Lucinda, He won't be staying long," Choso said still looking where Geto had left off.
Lucinda looked at Choso. She didn't really understand him, and what he really thought. She felt out of touched from him.
"Choso! What really happened when we were at the park?"
"Leave it alone Princess,"
"Not until you tell me!"
Lucinda and Choso continued their bickering.
But from afar someone was watching them. The person stood on top of a tower watching them.
The person soon disappeared into the shadows. "Don't get soft on me Choso, I been dying to know what the so call 'best Knight' has to offer" The person said as they laughed.
