Lucinda and Choso still didn't like one another, he treats her like a child who is spoiled as she treats him like a robot who has no emotion. They would continuously make rude and unbearing remarks to each other. This would go on for weeks on end. Some of the maids begin to worry that Lucinda would try to kill him, they more so worried he would kill her; they would never tell her that though.
"Shoko,You don't understand he is annoying and dumb!" Lucinda cried to her friend Shoko. Shoko was a Duchess of Jujutsu, she was the only real friend of Lucinda. "Maybe he's not that bad, and you're just making it seem like he is," Shoko said, trying to reassure her. "BUT HE IS SHOKO, What aren't you understanding?" Lucinda said as she threw her hands in the air.
"Everything about him is odd, I mean what is so special about him anyway?" Lucinda asked. "You just got to know who he really is. You are stuck with him for who knows how long," Shoko said, smiling softly at the girl. Lucinda looked at the girl before looking at herself in the mirror. "Maybe you're right shoko..." Lucinda said drifting her voice.

Lucinda tried to get to know Choso, but He was completely unable to understand. One second he is nice to her then the next he is being rude. She has completely given up anything about knowing him.
