Girlfriend?!

"What? Can I not kiss my girlfriend?" Ni-ki simply asked

"Your what..." Y/N trailed off as she was trying to comprehend what Ni-ki was saying. "But I'm your fiancé" Y/N said in a small voice.

Kuzuha quickly walked over and clung to Ni-ki's arm. The arm that Y/n tried to hold in the car, the same arm that Ni-ki pulled away from her. Y/n's blood boiled, of course Ni-ki had to date the girl she's jealous of  "Hi. You must be Y/N. I'm Kuzuha." She held out her hand so that Y/N could shake it. Tears prickled the back of Y/N's eyes threatening  to fall. She couldn't stand to be here anymore, So she took off running into the school.

Kuzuha turned towards Ni-ki. "Did I say something wrong" she seriously asked him "No, she's just like that." Ni-ki said as he watched Y/N run into school. Kuzuha let out a relieved sigh "Ok." Kuzuha stood on her tip ties and gave Ni-ki a kiss on the cheek.

Y/N made her way through the hallway wiping her tears. Of course Ni-ki would go for a girl like Kuzuha, But how could Ni-ki have a girlfriend when he has a whole fiancé? Y/N thought that now since Ni-ki was gonna have to marry her someday he would actually want to get to know her better. Y/N didn't know what was wrong with her. She didn't know why Ni-ki didn't love her.  

Y/N ran all the way to her locker and opened it putting her bag inside. She looked at herself in the small mirror on her locker door. Her eye makeup was smudged due to the tears. She let out an angry huff and slammed her locker door. Only to find a shocked Sunghoon behind it.

"Woah! Someone's angry!" he joked.

Sunghoon is Y/N's best friend. They have known each other since freshman year and have been inseparable since.

Sunghoon then got a glance at Y/N's face. He noticed her watery eyes and pink nose and his whole demeanor changed "Hey are crying?" Sunghoon sincerely asked. He lifted up her chin to get a better glance of her face. She swatted his hand away. "I'm fine"

"No you're not. You were obviously crying." He leaned on the lockers "Who made you cry" Sunghoon seriously asked. "No one it's just..." Y/N trailed off as she caught a glimpse of Ni-ki and Kuzuha kissing at his locker.

"What are you looking at?" Sunghoon turned around to see exactly what Y/N was witnessing. "Ugh! That little-" Sunghoon started to walk over. "Stop!" Y/N quickly grabbed onto Sunghoon's sleeve stopping him from walking over there. "Y/N! What are you doing?" Sunghoon angrily said. "It's fine let just go to class," Y/N said as she pulled him away in the other direction.

"I can't believe he would do this to you" Sunghoon murmured as he walked alongside his best friend.

School was awful for Y/N that day. She constantly was reminded that Ni-ki didn't want her. Sunghoon felt really bad for his best friend, he didn't know what to do to cheer her up.

Ni-ki looked like he was in love with Kuzuha. How did they even meet? Y/N was confused because after stalking Kuzuha a little on Instagram, she was able to pinpoint that they started dating some time in the summer. But Y/N didn't know how. She and Ni-ki spent the whole summer together.

Y/N was trying not to cry because she was stuck in math and didn't know what hell was going on and on top of that, Ni-ki and Kuzuha shared at desk in the back of the class and Kuzuha was basically sitting in his lap! Y/n wanted to be the one sitting in his lap.

Finally, the bell rung. Y/N was glad to get out of there. Because next she had P.E. just with Ni-ki by himself, because the dance team used P.E. time to practice. She was excited because she bought his favorite drink and was gonna give it to him.

She walked to her locker and got her gym uniform. For girls it was black shorts and a red zip up parachute jacket. For guys it was black sweatpants and the same red parachute jacket. Today was basketball which means the girls are probably going to stand on the side and watch the boys play.

Y/N is usually excited because Ni-ki is really good at basketball I mean he's not captain of the basketball team for nothing. She always cheers for him from the sidelines.

"Basketball day lets go!" Sunghoon cheered as the walked into gym together. "My team is gonna win." Sunghoon was positive "Your team never wins against Ni-ki's team" Y/N deadpanned as she put one of her hands in her jacket pocket holding Ni-ki's drink in the other. "Hey, stop being so negative" Sunghoon playfully pushed his best friend.

Y/n ignored her best friend and continued walking. She had more important things to do. She ordered Ni-ki boba tea and got it delivered and she wanted to give it to him. Maybe then he'll talk to her.

When she saw Ni-ki he was surrounded by 3 of his friends. He had the P.E. Uniform on with his hands in his pockets. She could tell he was laughing. Y/N loved Ni-ki's laugh, she blushed as she approached him.

"Ni-ki?" Y/N called out. The laughing stopped and all of his friends looked at her. Y/N only recognized 1, Heesung. She knows him because they are the ones who are usually invited to every party her parents throw. 

When Ni-ki saw Y/N his smile dropped. He didn't want to talk to her. He just wanted to talk with his friends before class started. "What do you want Y/N?" Ni-ki said as he approached her, his friends following behind him. "Well, I wanted to give you this." She blushed as she handed him the boba tea

Ni-ki looked down at the drink then up at Y/N. "I don't want it" he simply said. Y/N's smile dropped. She felt embarrassed, Ni-ki didn't want her treat. "But it's your favorite" She quietly said as she looked down. "So...I don't want it." He shrugs his shoulders. Y/N looked back up at him "But-" Ni-ki cut her off "I don't want it Y/N ok!!" Y/N flinched when Ni-ki raised his voice. The whole gym went quiet. People were now staring at them.

Y/N looked around the gym and could see people talking about her. Tears prickled at the back of her eyes again, she was gonna cry for the 2nd time today. She couldn't move. She was really embarrassed that Ni-ki raised his voice at her. And she was even more embarrassed that people saw and heard it. She looked back a Ni-ki and he just stared at her in disgust.

She didn't movie until Sunghoon grabbed her wrist and lead her out of the gym. She followed him with her head down. Once they reached the door Sunghoon took the drink out of Y/N's hands a dropped it in the trash. He glared at Ni-ki and his friends then exited with Y/N.

The students returned to normal once Y/N and Sunghoon left. They went back to their conversations they were having earlier.

Ni-ki's friends turned to him with a confused look in their faces. "Wasn't that your fiancé?" Sunoo asked. "Yeah" Ni-ki replied looking at them. "So why did you decline her gift?" Jay asked as furrowed his eyebrows. "Because I didn't want it." Ni-ki defensively said "Well you didn't have to yell at her in front of the whole class" Heesung said as he put his hands on his hips.

"What else was I supposed to do? She wasn't listening." Ni-ki defended himself "Oh, I don't know maybe take the gift and throw it away later." Jay sarcastically said. Ni-ki rolled his eyes. "Whatever, it's over now." Ni-ki walked onto the court "Let's play basketball."
