Nurse's office

In the nurses office Y/N worriedly sat in front of Sunghoon as he was mounted on the nurse's office bed. He held an ice pack with a new tissue to his nose. The bleeding had slowed down by then, But Y/N still felt bad...It was her fault that her best friend got punched in the nose.

"Sorry..." Y/N blurted out. In her silence and uneasy movements, it was clear she was struggling inside. Y/N's guilt was evident, making the air around her feel heavy with regret.

"Sorry for what?" Sunghoon chuckled, but it was muffled due to the ice pack that was on his nose. He looked at Y/N realizing that she was looking towards the ground.

"For getting you punched in the nose!" Y/N's face turned a bright shade of red, a visible sign of discomfort. She avoided eye contact, her gaze dropping to the floor, searching for a way to escape Sunghoon's gaze

It was silent for a while and then Sunghoon started to laugh. He was cracking up...his whole chest moved up and down as he laughed. He was laughing so hard he put the tissue and icepack down and clapped his hands out of pure joy.

"Why are you laughing! I actually feel bad" Y/N shouted as she stood up from her chair next to the nurse's office bed.

"Well you shouldn't be" Sunghoon shot up right after her. This whole thing was not her fault. He was standing up for her...sometimes sticking up for someone ends in a fight. And Sunghoon also knew he was technically the one who initiated the fist fight. "This in not your fault...I was the one that punched Ni-Ki first..." he looked off to the side fidgeting with his shirt hem. He was still a little ashamed that he lost control of his temper in the gym.

As Sunghoon and Y/N sat back down in their perspective seats the nurse walked in. She smiled not sensing the tension in the room. She sat in her rolly chair and slid up to the bed where Sunghoon was sitting.

"Luckily, Your nose isn't broken, fractured or anything like that. It's just a little bruised and some swelling. It seems like it finally stopped bleeding, You should be good in a couple of days" The nurse said waiting to see if Sunghoon had a reply. He didn't he just nodded his head and looked away. The nurse smiled one more time before she got up and started to walk away. "You guys can go back to class," she quickly said before walking away to sit at her desk.

Y/N and Sunghoon got up at the same time and headed for the door. Sunghoon let Y/N go through the door first. She bowed as she exited from the nurses office. Sunghoon quickly followed behind her.

The day was nearing its end, and boy was Y/N exhausted. She was ready to go home jump into her bed a cry her eyes out. Today was Y/N's first day back at school after a long summer. And honestly, Y/N just wanted to forget about it.

So as soon as the bell rang Y/N was out of there, she made her way to her locker quickly grabbing her things and headed for the main entrance. But, then it hit her...she got dropped off with Ni-ki this morning, meaning she had to go back home with him or Mrs.Nishimura would know something is up, And Y/N really didn't feel like explaining to Mrs.Nishimura how her son was actually in love with another girl who's way prettier and way more popular than her, becauses really it was embarrassing.

Just as she was about to exit the building, someone grabbed her wrist from behind and spun her around. It was Ni-ki. Y/N did not want to talk to him...she was still mad at him for what happened in the gym. How could Ni-ki make someone bleed?

"Ni-ki, I don't want to talk to you right now" Y/N glared at NI-ki, probably not a good one because she's usually never mad at anything or anyone. Maybe that's why Ni-ki continued to guide her back through the student body as the fled to the schools gates.

Suddenly Ni-ki stopped, turned around, and faced Y/N,

"Y/N please...I really need to talk to you" He looked her in the eyes never letting go of her wrist. His eyes almost looked desperate.
