Chapter 6

Nobody's Pov:

On the other side of town in Tampa, Florida, Courtney was in her motorhome packing for the trip. She grabbed her suitcase out of storage and laid it on the bed, opened it and walked over to her closet and started to go through her clothes trying to choose what to take with her. Halfway through packing  Courtney decided to take a break, she  sat down on her bed and ran her  hand through her hair pushing the smaller strands  out of her face, her long brunette hair tied up into a braid.

Her dog Bentley chose that moment to jump up beside her "Hi Bud, we are going on a trip" she murmured her crystal blue eyes sparkling.

Bentley barked at her "Lets get your stuff packed shall we" Courtney says softly standing back up to finish packing, she  put the rest of her clothes, swimsuits, hats, accessories, shoes and threw in some toys just in case she hit it off with someone, then added in the items needed for Bentley,  extra leash, chew toy, treats, bowls and food.

She zipped up the suitcase and grabbed  her backpack so she could pack her computer, camera, drone, headphones and chargers, once complete she left both bags on her bed.  She grabbed her phone from the dash, then stepping outside she made  a call to one of her friends "Hey mate, can I leave my RV and jeep at your place? I am going on a trip, do you think you could give me a ride to Hereward private airstrip too?" she  asked " AwesomeThank You, see you soon" Courtney said as she ended the call. She then hooked up the jeep to the back of the RV, once certain that everything was connected properly, she went back into the RV and stowed her bags to ensure they wouldn't fall. Once satisfied she jumped into the driver's seat and entered the address of the airport that Ash told her about into the GPS, then headed to her friend's place.

In St. Petersburg

Sam was in her apartment packing for the big trip; her suitcase is laid out across her bed. She grabbed her clothes, shoes , hair products, sunscreen, accessories, and her favourite toys, she stopped for a moment "What am I forgetting?" she mumbled to herself. The lightbulb went off in her head and she went to grab a couple books and added them into her backpack along with her Tablet, allergy meds and chargers along with some spare batteries for one of the toys she had grabbed. She  zipped up the rest of her luggage and put it in the hallway ready to go since she was catching a ride with Ash to the airport.

In Arizona

On the other side of the country in Phoenix, Dani had just left work having gotten off the call with Ash and the rest of the girls. She made her way out into the parking garage and over to her motorcycle and got on, she put on her helmet, once secure under her helmet she kicked the bike off its stand and hit the ignition, the bike roared to life and she was off. Once Dani made it to her apartment she parked her bike, and made her way  inside and tossed her helmet onto the couch, her long blonde hair cascaded down her back after shaking it out. She  walked into her room and pulled out her suitcase, she laid it on the bed,  she glanced over at the mirror on her wardrobe door and ran her hands through her hair, trying to add some semblance of order to the mess. Once satisfied she opened her closet door and cast her striking green eyes over her array of clothes and shoes, trying to decide what to take with her. After she added the last items to her bag, she laid on the bed and let out a sigh, she closed her eyes and took a nap.

In Honolulu, Hawaii

Over on the island of Hawaii, Janine was laying on the beach when she got the call from Ash and the rest of the girls. Once she was off the phone, she put her phone back into her bag. With the sun shining down on her beautiful dark skin, she relaxed back on the sand. She was wearing her favorite red bikini and intended on working on her tan while she could. An hour later Janine made her way back to her hotel room. She took a quick shower then selected some casual clothes to put on.  As she was already on holiday her bags were already packed, however she grabbed her dirty clothes and made her way to a local laundromat to wash them. While her clothes were in the washer  she made her way to the hotel restaurant and  ordered herself a salad and waited until they brought it out. She ate her salad then paid and went back to put her clothes in the dryer. She took advantage of the drying time by going back to her room to double check the room to ensure she hadn't forgotten anything. She checked the time and quickly made her way to the laundromat to pick up her clothes.  Once satisfied that she was completely packed and ready to go, she set her zalarm and fell asleep, eagerly anticipating the dawn of a new day and the beginning of an adventure with her new friends from around the globe.

In LA

Kacy got off the phone just as she got back to her hotel, from her night out at the music festival. Kacy made her way up to her room to pack for the big trip with Ash and the rest. As she was already living out of a suitcase it didn't take much to ensure her room was clear, satisfied that she was done, she flopped onto the bed for a nap.

In Canada

In a cottage style home, Kaylen and Kara got off the phone.  Kaylen was laying on the couch with Kara as they talked about the trip. As they spoke Kara laid her head on Kaylen's chest sighing contentedly, Kaylen wrapped her arms around Kara's waist, enjoying the close contact. After a while Kaylen looked down to find that Kara had fallen asleep. Smiling softly to herself Kaylen moved Kara's wavy brunette hair away from her face, knowing that she was deeply in love with this woman, unbeknownst to her that Kara felt the same.

Looking over at the clock Kaylen quietly swore to herself, it was time to begin packing. She ran her hand through her short black hair pondering how to wake her sleeping beauty.

"Kara" she said softly, "Kara, wakey wakey, it's time to get packed!"

"Uh nugh" Kara mumbled groggily "gah, the packing! Well at least you won't have to do much" she added with a chuckle.

Pushing up off Kaylen, Kara stood and hauled Kaylen with her, "let's get this show on the road"

In the UK

It was late in the evening when Taylor got off the phone. Taylor put her phone in her pocket  as she got out of her car and made her way back into the lesbian pub that she owned in Manchester. She made her way to the bar and ordered a sex on the bay

"Coming right up boss" Maxie the bartender replied with a smirk.

While her drink was being made she looked over the pub, pleased with the crowd that had gathered and glad that she had competent staff that allowed her to have a drink on her night off.

"One 'sex on the bay', for a sexy lady" Maxiesaid, catching Taylor's attention, as she picked up the drink as Maxie winked at her, before turning back to a gaggle of girls who had recently walked in.

As she settled into her booth by the stairs she scanned the crowd again and noticed a young blonde making her way through the crowd, picking up her drink she got back up and made her way towards the woman, deciding on which of her tried and true lines she would use to lure her latest conquest into the back room.

Sometime later Maxie looked up from the drinks she was mixing to see the blonde she had watched Taylor pick up heading towards the door with a dreamy smile on her face. Moments later Maxie saw Taylor exit the backroom licking her fingers and smirking to herself. "Damn that woman has game" Maxie said to herself as Taylor left the pub.

On the other side of Manchester, Beth got off the phone buzzing with excitement at the idea of the trip with the group. She closed the book that she was reading while she had been making dinner, too excited to truly concentrate on the story. She sat down with her meal and turned on the television, however after only a few bites got back up, there was no way that she would be able to eat until she had packed her bags and called her boss to arrange the time off.

Gathering her long blonde hair into a messy bun she cast her hazel eyes around her room quietly assessing what she needed to pack.

Once done she sank back into the couch and picked up her plate, watching the news as she ate. She picked up her phone and opened the vacation countdown application and entered the date of departure, she could not wait.

Back In ST PETERSBURG Florida

After she got off the phone from her friends, Ash glanced over at Karma who was asleep on her bed.

"Shall we go on a trip, Karma?" she asked, not expecting a response. To her surprise Karma opened an eye and woofed at her.

Ash laughed and Karma's antics then quickly went about packing her bags, mentally going through her checklist to ensure nothing was left behind.

Looking at the time on her phone she realised that she had just a couple of hours before she needed to pick up Sam and to meet Courtney at Hereward airport and begin the process of picking up the rest of their friends. Her excitement building to a fever pitch knowing that she would be spending the next two weeks in the company of the people she had grown quite close to.
