Mr. Grimm: "Okay so I know it's been a couple of months but I'm sorry for the lack of activity but life has gotten in the way plus I've been a bit burnt out of the whole writing gig but I'm back at least for awhile. Now I hope you all enjoy this chapter and leave a vote if you wish."

The chapter opens up to the sound of sticks clashing with each other multiple times with each strike creating noise that ranged in volume from quiet to loud.

Across the hardwood flooring of a gym, two kendo fighters could be seen standing within breathing distance of each other with their bamboo swords locked in a struggle. Each fighter wore the standard kendo attire which consists of a keikogi and a hakama along with protective armor on around their waist, wirsts, and most importantly their head, though the head armor did conceal the fighter's true identity. The only discerning feature to distinguish the fighters was the red or white flag taped to their backs.
A few seconds of locking woodenblades later, the two fighters separate and back away from each other. Standing a couple feet away from each other, both fighters hold there bamboo sticks out the long way to where the tips of each 'sword' lightly brush up against the other stick.
Taking a second to gain a better perspective for where the kendo match is occuring, it was shown to be happening in a school's gymnasium building. Alongside the two kendo fighters, there were many people in the round including numerous spectators watching from the bleachers, two separate kendo teams of different schools waiting off to the side as they watched the dual, and finally three referees that stood nearby the two fighters to monitor and judge the match. In the hands of each official, they held two flags close to their sides: a red flag in one hand and a white flag in the other.
Mr. Grimm: "Okay just to make it easier on me and you readers, I'll be referring to both fighters by their appropriate flags. So fighter 1 is White and fighter 2 is Red."
Focusing our attention back onto the ongoing match, both fighters continue to stare at one another before suddenly, White makes their move. Testing the waters first, White smacks the end of his sword against Red's sword a couple times, which prompted Red to block and parry the attacks the best he could. Deciding to be a little daring, White lets out a battle cry and charges at Red with his bamboo stick raised high. White then swings his weapon downwards causing Red to lift his weapon to deflect and block.
The first downward strike was easily blocked by Red, who only had to turn their sword sideways to stop it, but then White doesn't let up as he quickly pulls the sword back before keeping the offense up with constant attacks. Walking backwards in order to keep up their footing, Red keeps their guard up as White continues their onslaught of attacks. Winding up another swing, White swings his sword back towards Red only this time with a little bit of a curve in the horizontal trajectory. With the swing coming right for him, Red quickly twists the bamboo stick around just in time to block the incoming horizontal swing from touching their torso armor. The block was successful, as Red then pushes White's sword away from himself, turning his weapon over and trapping his opponent's weapon underneath.
Holding their stance, Red released his hold on White's sword and backs away to a comfort distance. The crowd of spectators sat in total suspense as the two fighters danced around each other waiting for who will make the next move.
