now, it was the day before coral, and they always pack in advance because they know they won't have enough energy for it in the morning. ezylnn and val where up in chris' room planning some of the things that they where going to do for the 2 weeks they where going to be in coral, but no one was aware.

"chris pass me linnies bag" juliette says, helping matt pack all the things into the trunk.

"hey, where is linnie?" matt asks juli, to which she shrugs.

chris wonders this to, so he decides to look for ezylnn just to be sure of where she was.

"where's linnie?" chris asks frantically as he passes alex and nick who where in the kitchen, but they both shrug and continue their conversation.

chris was genuinely starting to get worried for some reason, until he opened his bedroom door to see the 2 on his bed with a board, some pins and some pictures spread out across his bedsheet.

"oh my god ezi I've been looking all over this stupid house for you" chris states, sighing a sigh of relief.

"why do you sound so out of breath and look so worried? what did you think she ran away or something" valeri asks chris, crossing her legs on his bed before pinning a picture of an arcade to the board.

"no, valeri" chris squints his eyes "I look and sound so out of breath because anytime ezi isn't here to help us shit goes wrong"

valeri smirks at his comment, knowing deep down he was genuinely worried about her whereabouts.

"hmm, ok..." she says, tucking her hair behind her ear before getting up to use the bathroom along the hall.

"sooo, you exited?" chris asks ezylnn wrapping his arm around her shoulder and pulling her into his chest.

"yeah, of course I am. I just don't want it to start or end how it ended last year, you know what I mean?" she honestly states, as chris nods his head.

last year, towards the end of the trip shit went south. drunk kisses, bad decisions, and yeah, a whole lot of drama.

ezylnn didn't want that again. the weight of her and her friends and her decisions piled onto her shoulders.

"well, that's not gonna happen this time ezi because we have made it our job to keep you away from the drinks" chris tells ezylnn before poking her on the shoulder

ezylnn is shocked by this statement, so with furrowed eyebrows she asks "chris, what...?"

"oh well no not like that I just meant like, we all have to be responsible of each other and ourselves so if you have to much to drink where gonna look out for your" he says, saving himself from embarrassment
