"Ok we're smiling, all happy, its a big day." The director says to the people in the pews. He then turned to us. "Ok big smiles, your marrying the person you love. Try to look all gooey eyed. Channel your inner chocolate chip cookie stilinski, I want those eyes of yours to do that...thing you know." I nod my head knowing he means. then turning to Derek I think about finding someone I love, walking around a grocery store with them, making jokes about bad reality tv, and all the couply stuff that I've never really done. "That's it Stilinski keep at it. Now qeue the paster." The paster began his lines.
From this close I can get a really good look at Derek's eyes. They're actually rather pretty. I wonder if I can get paint in that shade of blue green. It'd be perfect for my car. "Do you Kyle take the Theodore to love for eternity?" The pastor says reminding me to stay in character. Look lovey. Derek says I do, the pastor repeats the same line to me. I take Derek's hand "really warm, and kind of sweaty" I note in my head.
"I do." The pastor says kiss and we do, tastefully kissing without tongue for a couple seconds then we're done. Ok. Food time.
