" Hey? What was that?" Madi asked, honestly, I have no idea, I didn't even like Brady, in that way. " Um, I don't know? A kiss?" I said, Madi looked at me. " Seriously, you can't just go around kissing Brady Noon, lots of girls like him, And I mean a lot" I rolled my eyes. " How many girlfriends has he had?" I asked sighing. " None, because almost every girl has had a crush on him, they haven't got the chance, he's not a hoe but girls will do anything to even have a snap streak with him," she said, I looked at Brady, he was smiling hard at his phone? I looked away,

" I'm not going to pry but just be careful," Madi said while walking to the lunch line. I walked over and sat down next to Claire and Mari, they were sharing reels, "We're going to start sending them to you now" Claire said gaily. Mari giggled. I laughed too, until Brady walked by.

 " Hey, can we talk?" he whispered, " Yeah" my hands were shaking as I got up from my seat, the dating part was probably way too far. We walked to the corner of the caf. " I'm sorry that was way too far-" I said, " I actually like your idea," he said, my hands imminently stopped shaking, " fake dating, I mean I don't know if you know but girls here are crazy over me not to brag," he said, I raised an eyebrow, he laughed

 " Maybe then they'd leave me alone", I nodded, " Well what do I get out of this?" I asked, " I'll give you the girlfriend treatment with act dating you, I'll carry your bag, buy you things and give you rides, etc." he replied, I thought about it, I have nothing to lose, yolo I guess." I like that, deal". Brady put his hand out for me to shake, I shook it and we hugged. " So, to our friends, I just asked you out and you said yes, k bye," he said. " Wait no it's not realistic Brady, we'll say you asked me out this time next week" he rolled his eyes, " Fine Emilia, I'll ask you out this time next week" I rolled my eyes and turned around, but as soon as my back was to him, I smiled.

I sat back down, to my friends, " Well?" Mari said. " I thought you didn't know Brady?" Claire said, "We've been talking but keeping it on the low for now, sorry," I said, I looked at Mari. " Don't you dare say a word," I said, " I don't think I have to, KISSING BRAD NOON? You did enough".

Brady walked by with Madi, Connor, and Chris. " Bye I have to go," he said as he kissed me on the head. I smiled but played it off. Madi sat down and gave me a, we'll talk look. I knew she saw right through Brady and I's lie.

I was walking to my last period, study hall. It was in the Spanish room, I sat next to Clarie and her BF Tucker. I didn't have the heart to tell her they looked alike, they both had blonde hair, light blue eyes the same shape, and the same nose. But they say soulmates look alike so I guess their winning at something.

" So, you and Brady?" a girl next to me asked, she was pretty she had clear skin jet black hair, and almond eyes she was African American, " Are you two together yet?" she said, I didn't know who to trust, but I needed to make more friends, " No, not yet" I said as I smiled. So, she wouldn't be convinced. " I'm Amelia," she said,

 " I'm Emilia," said as I laughed, she laughed back. " Who are your friends or are you new?" she said egger. " Well, I am new, but I have friends though, Claire, Madi, Mari, and Brady," I said, " Do you act because I feel like I've seen you on TV because if you have, I've acted too", I smiled, I've always wanted to be friends with lots of actresses, so they understand what it's like to be one. " I am, I acted in Percy Jackson, Babysitters Club, and The Black Phone, but they're my most popular projects. I've been acting since I was 5" I laughed, 

" I'm mostly extras, but I had a small role in Summer I Turned Pretty, I saw a line at the bonfire and a party scene in season 2, lol" She looked shy, " Oh, please don't say anything online about Brady and I" I said, 

" I would never, I'm getting big too, I wouldn't want something like that to happen to me when I am" she said, " Here, here is my private insta, give me yours so I can follow" she pulled out her phone and I followed her and vice versa.

We talked mostly, about have annoying auditions are and practice, she told me she had gotten a chemistry callback which was normally a good sign.
